This condo has an excellent location in Kihei, very easy to get to several of the islands best beaches. Chairs, cooler and other beach items were available and so convenient to have for use. The grounds at this property are like being in paradise, lush and so well maintained. The pool is also wonderful and just steps away from the condo. Loved our stay, it was peaceful, quiet and gorgeous spot to be!!!

Thank you to Julisa for the most wonderful and relaxing abode in Maui. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids (5.5, 4, 1.5)) stayed for 5 nights in July 2025 and we would absolutely 100% do this exact trip all over again. Julisa’s place is PERFECT - clean and has all the amenities you’d need to live comfortably. Everything is 100% as described. Paradise

The property is immaculate! Although this was our first trip to Maui, we couldn’t imagine a better location. The unit itself was very well stocked from toiletries to beach gear which is a big plus. Being so closed to the pool was so nice as well. Communication was fantastic! Absolutely no issues and wouldn’t hesitate to seek this property out again when we get back to Maui again! Mahalo

Lovely condo close to everything!

My adult daughter and I had a great stay at Julisa’s condo. It was exactly as advertised, equipped with everything we needed for a beach vacation. The grounds are well kept, and we really enjoyed a dip in the nearby hot tub after our daily outings. The place is close to beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants, though I would suggest having a car to get around. Julisa was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Truly Paradise

This was our first time visiting Maui and using VRBO, and it was an unforgettable experience! Julisa was fantastic, maintaining excellent communication and providing all the details we needed to make our trip seamless. The condo met all our expectations and more—the property is stunning, and the location couldn't be more convenient.It's perfectly situated for a peaceful, relaxing stay while being just a short walk or drive away from great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The description truly says it all! Spending Christmas and New Year's here with friends in neighboring condos was such a special way to celebrate, creating memories we will cherish forever.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wholeheartedly recommend Julisa's property to anyone visiting Maui. Great location and host

My spouse and I loved this unit. It is located in a well maintained complex with nice facilities. The unit has everything you need for a great stay. If there are any questions, the host always responds within minutes. The location allows independent if on party wants to swim, the other can easily walk down the Main Street and have a coffee or browse the many shops. Grocery stores are about 1-2 miles away, so a car is necessary for food shopping. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we would not hesitate to return.

Great place

The condo was exactly as advertised. We loved that it was fully stoked with snorkeling gear, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and everything else you could need for the beach. Location right next to the pool was our favorite part. Would stay again any time we are in Maui

Maui Kamaole No Ka Oi

Julisa has been fabulous from pre booking to check out. Fast response time. Her condo is lovely, very quiet, close to pool... and still quiet!!! She has made sure her guests have everything we could possibly need, including reef friendly sunscreen. No need to stop at store for laundry or dish soap, paper products, etc. She even made sure I had cream for my coffee as we had a very late evening arrival. Thank you so very much for a beautiful vacation "home"!!!

Perfect Choice for our Family Vacation

We loved our stay at this condo. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the boogie boards & beach supplies. The pools & hot tub were also big hit. The short walk to the beach can’t be beat! Communication with Julisa was fabulous and her goodie basket was very welcoming. I’d recommend this to anyone!

Great Rental

Julisa was very prompt and responsive. The property is lovely, especially the outdoor spaces. I can however not give the property a 5 star rating. This is a main floor unit in a multi-storey complex. We had very loud upstairs neighbors that were up walking around every morning around 5 am. We got little sleep. Also, the pool rules are a little too strict and are enforced by a full-time security guard. It is truly the "no fun pool". Super if you are looking for a quite relaxing time. Not so good if you have kids who like to have fun in the pool. Like I said, Julisa is a great host and was very accommodating and helpful.

Vacation Bliss

When we arrived, everything was as expected. Registration was easy and we settled into this lovely condo with beautiful surroundings. Julisa was very thoughtful about providing what we needed, especially the beach wagon and gear, which we used everyday! We absolutely loved the pool and jacuzzi which was a short walk away. Many friendly people and good vibes! Kihei is a great area with lots to do and nice beaches for families and kids. We had such an amazing vacation and were happy to have a comfortable place to come home to!

All You Could Ask For

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. Julisa is a 5 star host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The listing doesn’t lie! There is plenty of beach gear and the cart was a lifesaver for us. The furniture is comfortable. We also appreciated that we could be beneficiaries of condiments etc leftovers from previous renters and in turn leave our jelly etc. We loved the location to the Kamaole Beaches. We also really appreciated the mini-splits for cooling. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We loved it here

MK is a very nice property for us. Check in was a breeze. Communications with the owner/manager couldn’t have been better. Best and quietest AC ever (not exaggerating). We like walking, going to the beach (Kam 1,2 and 3; and Keawakapu mostly), relaxing by the pool, and using the outdoor gas grills. The condo unit was clean, quiet and just plain nice. We found an enjoyable welcome basket upon arrival. Every so often we’d take an excursion over to Paia, Hookipa, or upcountry Makawao,, Kula, those sorts of half-day trips. Hopefully this info gives the reader some insight as to our priorities in creating such a stellar review. Oh, almost forgot: a short walk west and you get the best sunsets ever at the cocktail hour. Summary: No complaints whatsoever deserves five stars.

Perfect, spacious, awesome location!

We booked a last-minute getaway, usually stay at resorts. Julisa was very helpful, offering recommendations and tips for activities, sightseeing, beaches, where to watch a hula show. The unit was much larger than we expected, great kitchen space, large master bathroom, beautiful shaded lanai. Super clean and comfortable. The best part was that she stocks it with boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, collapsing wagon, sand toys, snorkel gear, Portable cooler, even reusable water bottles. The location was perfect, a great sunset spot across the street, lots of safe beaches within a mile or two or even walking distance, some even have lifeguards. The condo had a really nice pool and hot tub area, I think there was a second pool as well. Really pretty Landscaping. We had an amazing stay, and will definitely be back to stay again at the same property. No complaints!

Ideal unit for family vacation

The unit was very clean and extremely convenient for access to the nicest pool on the property. The host was terrific at answering questions and assisting with plans. This unit has a very comfortable bed in the bedroom. The two couches make into double beds with toppers for comfort. The heat pump keeps the unit nice and cool as soon as you want it to be. The television has lots of choices for all interests and ages. The kitchen was very well stocked with extras for cooking although I didn't use them. The washer and dryer are really nice but even better there is a drying rack outside for bathing suits and towels plus a comfy lounge for reading.
