The condo was exactly as listed! Communication with David was excellent. The parking garage is tight, we rented a Jeep Wrangler and was fine to get in and out. The building itself was quiet. Never heard neighbors or movement in the building. Just peaceful and relaxing. By far the nicest stretch of beach we’ve stayed on. It does get a little rocky as you walk out into the ocean. So either wear water shoes or watch where you’re walking. The water is generally clear enough to see to the bottom. Chairs and towels and a cooler were right there waiting for us. So convenient. Nice full kitchen and stocked with pans and dishes so we ate in usually for breakfast and lunch. The refrigerator makes ice and has filtered water. So nice to not have to buy water bottles. Stunning views. AC and fans were perfect and it did not take long to cool off at all. Totally clean, had no issues. Also, there was a good amount of things like toilet paper and garbage bags. We bought them at Safeway because most places leave you one or two. This was nicely stocked and so we left our full unopened things there. Now let me tell you- the bed is AMAZING. Whether you’ve traveled 20 hours to get here, hiked the Pipiwai Trail, or spent a day on the beach, this bed is gonna make your day! We’ve stayed plenty of places where the bed was less than ideal. But this mattress will get you a good night sleep for sure! Overall it was a nice, quiet, clean and safe location. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Gorgeous view!

It was an amazing week. The condo was clean. All the beach needs are provided . Super close to the most perfect beach. We couldn't have asked for a better week! We never were able to officially check in. It was a holiday weekend and could never catch the manager in, but we had communicated with David and let him know. Other than that everything went very smooth. Every time you walk in the condo and see that amazing view it just takes your breath away! Absolutely incredible!

Wonderful Condo!

March 6-20, 2025. Wonderful condo. Thank you! We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and the great views of the moon before dawn. (We are still 3 hours ahead due to Daylight Saving Time in Spokane, WA!) Epic Stay

Would highly recommend this little gem. Everything about the condo was perfect and the owner was extremely responsive. It’s a perfect place if you want to be in a quiet location. The view was spectacular, we watched the sunset from our lanai and saw several whales. My husband and I can’t wait to book this again next year.

Check in very easy . The parking spot too tight small car recommended and the last night our stay it was a trash day I guess because they put a trash bags and trash barrels on our parking spot.We had to park on someone else spot next to us.Good thing its no body park there since we got there and plus its our last night.The condo has everything you need.Clean and good location.The

Glorious place, very responsive host

Pros: David is an excellent host. He was very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was perfect for us. Sugar Beach is long and great for walking. The condo was low key, clean, and well kept. The bed was excellently comfortable (new, not too firm, not too soft). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for cooking. The lanai was blocked from the winds and lovely to sit and drink coffee and have breakfast. It is well located on the island for exploring West Maui, upcountry, and Hana. TONS of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby (thanks for the recommendations David!). There are beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, a boogie board and even coolers. A new washer and dryer came in useful! The grounds and pool are well kept with a lovely lawn to lay on. Just a few cons to be honest: The air conditioning window units are loud and right by the bed (not a problem if you want to sleep with the windows open instead) but something to consider if you're a light sleeper. The parking space was tight (we had a mid sized SUV). The condo itself is on the smaller side (worked well for just my husband and I). The water off of Sugar Beach was not the crystal clear Maui water that we'd expected, more of a cloudy brown, but we loved walking the long stretches of gorgeous sand and had fun exploring the many nearby beaches. That being said, we really enjoyed our time and would recommend David and this condo for those looking for a splendid stay on Maui!

25th Anniversary

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful condo in Maui and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The condo was not only stunning, but it was also immaculately clean and well-maintained. The views from the condo were absolutely breathtaking, and I loved being able to wake up to the sight of the sparkling ocean every morning. The location of the condo was also perfect - it was close to all the attractions and amenities in Maui, yet still provided a peaceful and tranquil retreat. The staff at the condo were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Maui. It exceeded all of my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

Perfect Condo in Paradise

This was an excellent place to stay. We started each morning with coffee on the deck while listening to the crashing waves. After that, most mornings also included a walk on the beach. The condo is a perfect size for two, David is an excellent host and communicator. The location was quieter than some areas we visited which is what we look for. Great beaches, shopping, restaurants and food trucks all within a couple minutes of the condo. We really appreciated all the amenities and the beach chairs were so comfortable. We will definitely be returning to Maui in the future and we hope to be able to stay here again.

Great location right on the beach!

We enjoyed our stay, the beach and pool were great. Walk to a farmers market. The unit had everything we needed and we were happy to have a cooler and beach chairs to use. Great sunset views from the balcony.

Marvelous Maui

Amazing oceanfront condo with amazing views. Sunsets were truly breath taking. We also were fortunate to see the whales frolic right out front of the complex. Older condo complex but well maintained. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property...

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful condo on Kihei. The condo is conveniently located on 5th floor. We had numerous opportunities each day to watch whale in the distance and fabulous sunsets for the balcony. From the beginning to end of our 5-night stay, David (owner) was great to work with. This condo was very welcoming with all the amenities from home...including comfy bedding. We would highly recommend this condo! If/when we return to Kihei, we would definitely stay here again...
