Wonderful Stay

This unit is top class. They have everything you need. Really nice Kitchen. Lots of the stuff for the beach. Very quiet and beautiful corner of Maui Vista complex.

Home away from home

Our family had an amazing stay here during our trip to Maui. This location is superb in terms of location and ease of access to our favourite beaches. We enjoyed morning coffee on the outdoor patio to start the day off right. We look forward to visiting again.

Great location, newly renovated, very clean

Great Location!

We had a great time at Bill & Lauri's place. Everything was clean and we loved the location close to all the spots in Kihei. Beach chairs and umbrella were invaluable and the snorkeling gear was a must!

Bill was easy to communicate with. Condo has all you need. Close to charley young beach. The beach items came in extremely handy, as did the kitchen items used for cooking and making coffee. Great vacation rental.

Great place, great location

Perfect place for us to stay with our 18-month-old and four year old. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants; groceries a short drive away. Condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped for basic cooking. Beach toys and pack and play too. also it was nice to have a pool on site. Thanks Bill and Lauri!

Great for children

Property Smelled wonderful with beautiful flowering trees. Condo had everything we needed snorkel beach chairs cooler. Lots of clean lien and beach towels. Property Never felt crowded, plenty of parking. Near Charles young beach great for children 5/6 . Easy check-in process. Da Best shave ice and ABC store 2 min drive.

My family (two adults and two children) had a fantastic stay at this condo in Kihei! The location was perfect - while we drove to most places, it's still within easy walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and beaches. My kids loved playing on the lanai during downtime and keyless entry made coming and going a breeze. The cute condo was super clean, cool with AC, and had a fully stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prep meals. Master bed was very comfortable, and my kids didn't complain about the sofa bed. We especially appreciated the AMAZING beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, kids life vests, sand toys, and ice cooler bag) and food storage containers which made it convenient for us to pack picnic lunches for the beach. My kids also really enjoyed the pool on the property. We'd definitely love to come back if we are in Kihei again. Mahalo!

Gorgeous!

We love our rental home away from home. The place was clean and had everything you need on vacation: fully stocked kitchen, bunch of beach towels, beach toys, surfing boards, snorkeling masks, beach chairs, umbrella, extra sheets, blankets etc. It’s 3 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, the property has 3 pools. Grocery stores and restaurants are in walking distance. The place is perfect, don’t think twice and stop your search… JUST BOOK IT!!!

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Owner was quick to respond to questions. Very clean. Set back away from the street so it’s nice and quiet. We never heard any of the neighbors even though all of the building seemed to be occupied. Cooked several meals there and everything we needed was provided. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a washer/dryer

Two weeks in Kihei

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Bill’s condo. The condo itself had everything we needed (except a kettle for us tea drinkers😉), with plenty of beach accessories and was very nicely decorated. Clearly some thought was put into making the condo feel comfortable. Bill was very responsive to any questions I had. Our first VRBO experience and overall a very positive one.

Nice place to stay

Property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Interior was nice, very clean and well stocked with beach accessories, etc. We booked this property weeks in advance and had no communication with the hosts until we finally reached out to them just a few days before our flight to Maui and obtained access information. Did not hear from the hosts the entire 9 days we stayed there, and no communication after we left. Would have appreciated them checking in while we were there to see if everything was going ok, and a thank you after we left for staying at their property would have been appreciated.

We made a good rental choice and appreciated it

I recommend this unit. very good communication, the landlord responds quickly to questions. the condo was very clean, no need to do any cleaning when I arrived, I'm very dismissive. The condo is at ground level with a beautiful terrace, a stone's throw from the barbecue, the swimming pool, the premises are secure, there is private parking. Shops are close by, grocery stores, restaurants and boutiques. The beach is across the street a minute's walk away and is very beautiful. You have the possibility to use the owners' chairs and parasol. I could tell you more. I recommend this condo and want to return

Great for family vacation with young kids

The only bad thing about this condo was how hard it was to leave. We stayed for a week with our two kids, ages 8 and 4. The Maui Vista complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Charley Young Beach, which is just a 5-10 minute walk across the street, is a long, picturesque beach with calm water in the mornings that was perfect for our kids to play in. We went there nearly every morning and some afternoons too. The condo itself is very quiet and has a nice lanai overlooking a large shared lawn that was great for eating outside. The unit is very clean and has everything you could possibly want, even child life jackets which our kids wore every day. It's also walking distance to a large ABC Store with a wide variety of reasonably priced meals that we went to often. We'll absolutely be staying here again next time we visit Maui.

Worth It

Place is very clean and well ordered. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer is a plus. 2 individual packets of laundry soap were provided and appreciated. AC and fans are awesome! Beach equipment including towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, snorkeling and tennis gear, child life vests were all provided free and this is a huge plus. Even freezer packs for the cooler. Really nothing we couldn't find among the kitchen utensils and cookware. BBQs are just a few steps away with free propane provided. It's about a 6 or 7 minute walk across the street to some awesome beaches. The location is far enough back from Kihei Ave so you don't hear traffic. The backyard area is very cool with a large lawn and coconut trees/flowers. It's shared but feels very private when on the individual lanai. You can't see the parking lot or any other condos from the back. We left the curtains open all the time. I really preferred this to an upper floor. The place is within walking distance of a few restaurants and stores. ABC Store (my favorite) is up the street to the left and has a large deli with fresh cooked food, Poke, hot malasadas and musubi. For driving, condo is close to the Piilani highway if you are heading south, upcountry or to West Maui. Kihei has some great places to eat including a couple of food truck lots. The owner was super responsive. I sent a text with a question and they got back to me right away. Very reasonably priced.

The condo and entire property is beautiful and well-maintained. You can come back after a busy day and retire to this quiet oasis of a property. The addition of Pickleball courts was a big bonus for me.
