A305 is a two bedroom, two bathroom with a/c.  The condo was recently totally remodeled.  The furnishings are beautiful and give a peaceful, tropical feeling.  There are 2 king beds and NO sofa bed.  4 people max occupancy.  There is a full view of the ocean.  Sunsets put on a nightly show which you can enjoy from the condo.  Perfect for your Maui stay.

The property has several amenities.  At the pool area, there is a pool, hot tub, saunas and 5 gas BBQ grills.  There is a putting green, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts. Luana Kai is located in Kihei.  It is a 15 minute walk, a 1/2 mile from the closest grocery, restaurants and shopping.  It is appx 12 miles from the Kahului airport.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.
