Great location

Beautiful view of the park and karaoke 1 from the lanai. Beautiful property and exceptional location. Close to shops and restaurants, bakery and rentals etc. No ac but fans help. Host was super accommodating and helpful. Great stay.

Maui Rental

This was such an incredible property. The check in process was super simple and the condo came with all the essential amenities. The condo has a beautiful ocean front location with a patio overlooking the ocean. It was a short two minute walk to the nearest beach and the property accommodated us with beach chairs and an umbrella. We cannot thank the hosts enough for letting us enjoy their unique condo.

10-Day Family Vacation

My family recently had the pleasure of staying in Katie and her family's incredible Kihei condo. My young children played on the beautiful grassy area right in front of our unit every morning. We could see when big sea turtles would come up onto the beach right from our balcony. Everything we needed/wanted in terms of amenities (restaurants, stores, beaches, parks, etc.) was within a very short walking distance. The condo looks right out onto the water, with views of the well-maintained adjacent park and nearby beach. The condo interior was meticulously maintained with large comfortable beds and high quality finishes. The instructions and trip details we received were extremely helpful. We were beyond comfortable for the entirety of our long stay there and feel that we landed one of the very best rental properties in Kihei. We would love to come back & stay in this exact same spot again. We have SUCH fond memories.

Great Location

Very nice condo with great beach access! The property is well taken care of and has stunning views of the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked - we enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. Katie is a great host and very responsive.

After a rough check in due to a wrong check in code, where we had to spend the night in a hotel, the owner was very apologetic. She compensated us for our out of pocket expense right away. The unit was situated on a beautiful beach with beautiful views. We rented 2 more chairs and an umbrella across the street at the Scuba Shack which I would recommend. It's a great spot to walk to store's and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and parking was easy. If staying in Kihei, this is a great spot!

Beautiful property with a great location

This gem had everything you might need for your stay in Hawaii. It was exactly as described. Every day, we would have coffee on the lanai and then walk to the beach which was just steps away. We loved our stay here. Thanks so much.

Perfect location in Kihei

This is a perfect location to stay. You are right next to Kamaole Beach 1 and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful ocean view, rooftop dining and a pool right on the ocean. Perfect two bedroom condo for two couples or two friends.

Great location! Beautiful beaches and sand right outside your door! We saw turtles while snorkeling steps away from the property. Minutes away from turtle town and Big Beach! Great restaurants within walking distance. Unbelievable stay!

Super Location

The location is close to everything - rentals, a small market, restaurants. The Unit is beautifully updated and beds are comfortable with new mattresses. Everything you would want is stocked. I would recommend.

Very nice condo

Very nice condo, clean and well supplied with all essentials. This condo does not have air conditioning, which I think should be clearly stated on the VRBO description. Katie the owner was very easy to communicate with. Perfect waterfront location.

Maui vacation for two couples

This property was clean and comfortable. It's located on the second floor of a well-maintained building with beach access and pretty grounds. The view from the patio was wonderful. We were able to walk from the unit to the beach in only a couple of minutes where we could swim, snorkel or relax in a chair and listen to the waves. Across the street were restaurants, a small general store and a place to rent beach equipment. There were a couple of small issues. The hot water in master bathroom sink was not hooked up and the front door lock was a little tricky so we couldn't count on it to lock on it's own. The issues were not large enough that they would keep us from renting here again. The place was perfect for two couples on vacation. Would definitely recommend.

Great central location!

This little condo is in a great location especially if you are new to this island and want to have amenities close by. Walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, surf/snorkel/beach gear rentals shops, it’s all right there. The condo is well equipped. Highly recommend taking advantage of the roof top at sunset. There was hardly anyone up there when we stayed. Lovely peaceful end to the day. Beds were comfortable, beach gear ready for you to take down as soon as you arrive, kitchen well appointed, patio as the pictures show and host was lovely and responsive. Note-There is a public park right outside the complex with the patio over looking it but it was quiet and not full of people. You are on a busy road (that’s how you get all the amenities so close!) and if you like to sleep with the windows open, you’ll get some road noise along with the crashing waves but never anything crazy. Loved our stay!

Great property..room seems modern.. great view.. 2 minute walk along grass and sand to the water of Kam1 one of nicest beaches I’ve seen. Roof access, 6th floor bbqs and fantastic view. 20 minutes to OGG.

Paradise Found

It really doesn’t get better than this condo in Maui. Perfect location, we walked down to Kihei Cafe for coffee each morning. Great location for snorkeling and boogie boarding, just walk down to the beach. It’s so close! The condo is beautiful, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The property owner is one of the easiest I’ve ever communicated with using VRBO. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family!!

A wonderful relaxing place to stay

What a delightful experience in a wonderful location! Really enjoyed being close to the beach for quick access for afternoon naps or change of clothes. Close in to Kihei restaurants and shopping. With an expansive view of the ocean 24/7. The decor and furnishings were top grade and felt more like a high end hotel than a rental condo. Well organized and stocked kitchen had all the utensils we needed to prepare meals, but close to high end and downtown eateries giving you a choice each day. Truly a place to make wonderful memories!
