My little family had a great stay here. The condo was clean and cozy and felt more like “home” than staying in some of the bigger complexes in Kihei. The lanai was lovely and so was the pool. Communication with the host was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great location in Kihei, short walk to beautiful family friendly beaches and food trucks/town amenities. Only note is that if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs may be helpful as the main road is nearby.

We had a wonderful stay. Within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Air conditioners in each room was nice. Michael was very prompt with any questions or concerns we had. Kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of beach amenities to use. Multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach toys a cooler and more!

Quiet, clean, comfortable, and good value. We loved staying here. The condo had everything we needed including beach gear, snorkel gear, and boogie boards. It’s in a quiet complex, steps from a beautiful pool, and a short walk to Charley Young beach. With the windows open, there was little need for the AC. Our host was gracious and easy to communicate with. We will DEFINITELY book here again.

Great home base for checking out Maui, the kitchen is well stocked and the AC gets the rooms cool sleeping. Lots of restaurants and beaches within a 10 minute walk. Our kids made good use of the beach toys and snorkel gear.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. Excellent communication from the host. The kitchen was well stocked and there were beach chairs and accessories that made our stay more enjoyable.

The condo is such a perfect jumping-off point for adventure on Maui! It's an easy walk to many shops and restaurants in Kihei, with 5 beaches within a few blocks that all share the most wonderful sunsets on the island. The equipment rinse-off spot is great for scuba and snorkel gear, plus having a ground floor unit with a very convenient parking spot makes getting luggage in and out quite easy. It was a quiet and restful place with all the amenities we could have wanted. The host was very responsive, and the policies for staying at the condo were clear and simple to follow. We would absolutely stay at this rental again!

We stayed for just over 2 weeks here and will be booking again when we return to the island. The pool on the complex exceeded expectations. We visited a resort pool or two while we were here and enjoyed the quiet and well kept facilities in the complex more. The unit we stayed met our needs, had ample space and was a perfect home base for us as we explored the island.Michael was and is a terrific host, extremely accommodating and gracious host. Mahola Michael! Already looking forward to our next visit!

We had an amazing time. Our host was super gracious. We were in Maui during a tsunami warning, and he was in constant communication. It was very reassuring to have someone help us through what to do/where to go. We had wanted to explore a lot of Maui vs. spending a lot of time in one location/at one beach. We found the location in Kihei to be a perfect jumping off point for our adventures. The pool/common area was great, and the kids really enjoyed ending their evenings with a swim. We thought the condo was a great value for the location, and it really helped facilitate us having the vacation of our dreams.

The apartment is well located and very quiet. The bathroom and some other features are showing their age and could use some updating. What I absolutely don't like is that we have to apply sunscreen outdoors because otherwise the furniture will suffer. Otherwise, we're satisfied.

The stay it's self was very nice. Nice location close to the center of Kihei. The only thing is I think they could put new or better living room furniture in the rental, not comfortable at all. The TV is only a app TV. Maybe you could just put in basic cable, we didn't get to see the news for a week nor any live TV.

Great Place, Great Location, Lousy AC

Beautiful complex with a sparkling clean pool. Host was responsive, prompt, and attentive. Appreciated having beach chairs, lots of towels, on-site laundry and a well-stocked kitchen. Lots of beaches and nice restaurants nearby. Great place for me, my wife, and our two kids. Our only gripe was that the air conditioning is not great. The living room is cool enough, but one room had an ineffective portable unit and the other (kids) room has no air-conditioning at all. As long as you don’t mind that, highly recommended.

Can’t wait to return

A great place for all tastes.We stayed 2 weeks and invited our adult children to join us. The first week we had our enthusiastic go getters come. We went diving, hiking, snorkelling, just adventure after adventure.Our 2nd week two different adult children joined us after the first two left….they wanted a completely different trip! They wanted to relax, relax at the pool and beach and just enjoy the condo.All 4 “kids” had a perfect time…with completely different vacations and the condo was suited well for all.It was also completely outfitted for young children and babies. We had a lot of privacy and the air conditioning worked well for the 35 Celsius (90 fer) sunny weather. Parking was never an issue and it was very clean. The location was central, quick walk to a beautiful beach and many places to eat. Also easy drive to most locations. Most importantly for me there were no bugs, and I looked. We kept it clean but it was evident the owner took pride in taking care of it. The only negative I could try and come up with was the drains were slow….but really that’s not a negative. When we return to Maui, hopefully soon, this will be the first place we look.

Great location and comfy beds

This was a great location to explore the island! The beds have foam mattress toppers and are so comfortable. The place was clean and just as described. Easy check in and check out. Walking distance to a beach and food trucks. Perfect!
