Hi, Host, we found live roaches in the bathroom, this is unacceptable, we request a refund.
Hello Hai, Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. I want to reassure you that we do not have a roach problem at the condo. As part of regular maintenance, professional pest control management services the entire property, including all units, quarterly to mitigate and prevent pest issues. This is a standard on the island and a proactive measure taken to ensure the comfort of all guests. That said, Maui is a tropical island, and despite regular treatments and preventative care, it is possible for an occasional insect to enter a unit, particularly through doors, drains, or open windows. We do care about our guests’ experience and regret any inconvenience this caused. However, as there is no pest problem with the unit and regular pest control is in place, we are unable to offer a refund.
