Great Beach Access

This is a great unit at the end of the building that has been recently updated. The location of the unit provides easy access to the beach north of the building. The building has plenty of seating by the ocean.

Spacious and Clean Condo

We got lucky with this one! We booked just 2 weeks prior to heading off to Maui. The condo was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The condo and furniture was in great condition.We appreciated that all kitchen equpiment was in great shape, the fluffiness of the towels and being provided with paper goods and some cleaning supplies. The entire condo was plenty roomy enough for my adult family of 3. The only thing that would have made the stay better was to have a view of the ocean.

Family New Years Trip

The condo is well taken care of and nicely maintained. The only downer is that the room has zero lanai or ocean view. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, but I missed sitting on the lanai watching the ocean.

Amazing location!

We were thrilled with the location of the property. I agree that having an ocean view would be preferable - but the unit was conveniently located to walk to the beach or to walk to coffee or restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and was well stocked with towels and beach gear. We had some sugar ants and contacted the manager who was extremely responsive and sent someone the next day to address it. We would absolutely stay here again.

very nice condo to stay

The property is located in right front of the beach, but the room itself is not an ocean view. The owner of the property did a good job putting everything you need for your vacation stay. It has child sized life vest, noodle, beach chairs, boogie board, beach umbrella and even ice chest. The only downside was they only supplied with 5 or 6 dishwasher detergent for my 8 nights stay.

Loved everything about our stay! The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining. We enjoyed the pool and the rooftop pavilion. The Royal Mauian is within walking distance to shops, eateries, and essentials, Thank you!

Property is very clean, and well appointed and easily accommodated our party of 5 adults. The beds in the two bedrooms and the sofa bed were all comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed and contained everything we needed for our week long visit. The full size washer and dryer were very helpful to do laundry. There was plenty of seating. We already knew that the unit did not have an ocean view, but was very accessible to beautiful views, beaches and the pool. Family vacation, first time to Hawaii

We really enjoyed this property. The location is steps away from the beach. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The pool and rooftop area are both very nice. This unit faces the street side but it is very quiet. Communication with the host was easy and they always got back to me right away. I would definitely love smtp stay here again.

Perfect Family Accomodations!

My husband, myself and our 3 kids stayed in this condo and it was truly perfect. It was immaculately kept and cleaned, had literally everything we needed, and felt like it was right in the middle of Kihei. It was on the beach, but also within walking distance of everything - grocery store, restaurants, snorkel and surf rentals, etc. The beds were super comfy for all of us, and even though it was on the street side of the building, we felt like we didn’t hear much traffic. It was definitely a home away from home and we had a lovely time staying. Would gladly stay again!

Great location and updated, clean place. But the unit is in an undesirable spot within the building

Stay was great. Very nice unit with a great, well-equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was provided. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Location of the building was great, right next to the beach. Future guests should be aware that this unit has no lanai. It sits right on the road with no view of anything but Kihei rd. and the parking lot. It is the least desirable location in the building and it’s very dark. The building has ample common spaces to enjoy but they’re all a ways from the unit.

Great location; comfortable beds

We greatly enjoyed having a great beach for boogie boarding, strolling, and watching sunsets right outside the door. Having restaurants and a great grocery store across the street is also fantastic. The beds and sofa were all firm and super comfortable. The one downside is that the apartment faces the street, not the ocean; the upside of which is that I can afford to stay in such a great location.

Prefect Stay

This place had everything you would need. It’s a prefect location with a grocery store and good restaurants options across the street and the beach is a 5 min walk. Highly recommend. Will be booking our stay here again.
