Looking a bit tired

The location, view, and service can't be beat. Unfortunately for this specific unit there are signs of wear and tear that haven't been addressed over the years - leaky plumbing, stained carpets, chipped bedside furniture. The overall context is the place is amazing, but for the price being asked, some updating needs to be done. In fairness, the property and the owner were very prompt and pleasant in their responses when needed. We would stay again if the price was right.

Just Wow

This is my fifth trip to Wailea and the first time my wife and I took our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, be tougher, begin all of our Maui adventures, and to just be together. Steve and Helen have a beautiful home and have thought of everything that we could have needed. The property is stunning and is perfectly placed amongst our favorite locations on the southern coast. We will be back!

WBV Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay in Helen and Steve's unit at WBV. The unit was beautiful as described and Helen made sure we were set-up properly for our stay. The Staff at WBV are first class and the resort is one of the best on the island. We look forward to our next visit!

Relaxing Villa

Our stay here was wonderful; made easy by Helen’s quick responses to my enquires from Canada prior to our arrival. We had to cancel our trip once early in the booking process due to COVID and that and rebooking went without a hitch. We had a late flight in so took advantage of having the condo stocked in advance with food for breakfast and light lunches. Both Helen and the concierge were very helpful. We walked to almost all of our delicious dinners (booked by the concierge on site). Snorkeling (saw turtles!) and the gorgeous pool on the beach were a 5min walk down a garden stair path and chairs/towels/sunscreen/water were available there whenever we needed. We had lots of room in the condo for the 6 of us - 2 full bedrooms and a pullout couch in a ‘bonus room’ where we pulled the privacy curtains each night. Leaving the couch made-up in the bonus area was no problem as there was still a full living room area with 2 more couches and chairs. We ate and played cards out on the lanai throughout the day and into the evening. While the weather was unseasonably hot (mid-august highs of 29-33) we were perfectly comfortable with the air conditioning and ceiling fans. All amenities in unit 210 made our trip easy and enjoyable. The welcome leis were lovely! Enjoy your stay here - we hope to return one day:)

Beautiful property

We were a family of 21, and this was one of four units we rented for five days. All of them were immaculate, beautifully decorated and well located to visit the shops at Wailea. The kitchens were extremely well appointed. Our units were quite a ways from the beach and adult pool. However we overlooked the family pool. I would highly recommend this unit as well as the others we occupied. They’re perfect for families.

Beautiful property

We had a great stay with our two teen sons for a short week. The property was beautiful and the condo was impressively decorated and comfortable. It is a great place to relax and play cards on the balcony, and we enjoyed the pools, gym, family game room, and beach. The front desk and concierge were very helpful, and we liked th location being across from the shops for food and shopping. We pile definily recommend to others.

Relaxing/perfect

Welcomed with lei at front desk. Host/owner left delicious welcome basket. Doesn't skimp on soap/toiletries. Adult son said it was the best he'd slept in a very long time. Loved mattress! Plenty of room. Quiet. Nice view. Adult pool is shallow, but warm, nice swim. Beautiful view. Usually stayed at GW. Now that kids are older, this was a perfect change. Same great beach but one doesn't struggle getting chaise lounge or beach umbrella. Just relaxing. They offer free sunscreen at each pool as well. There are some stairs to get to beach. Not sure if one can get to beach otherwise. Perhaps the side road. Nice assigned parking. Water dispensers located near pools where one can fill up water bottles etc. One can hear luau music while at adult pool in the early evenings which is nice. Not too loud or long. The balcony looks out over the family pool on one side but the users were courteous and not overly loud. Also, the owner quickly responds to questions. And above all Condo was very clean! Has easy access to Shoppes at Wailea as well. Great location.

Luxury in Paradise

Luxury with an incredible staff to spoil you! The condo is beautiful, very spacious, and so well appointed. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances, even two subzero refrigerators. We enjoyed the outdoor BBQ while dining alfresco. I slept like a baby on the luxurious mattress and bedding. A perfect location to the mall to dine, shop or pick up groceries at the wonderful boutique market. The property is gorgeous and so tranquil, a perfect escape! We were personally greeted and escorted to the condo, the bellman quickly handled our luggage and large Costco order. I loved the beach service, always a lovely chaise with umbrella and towels were waiting for us! Better than our stay at the Four Seasons. A five star vacation, we will be returning!
