Beautiful views! Our stay was quiet and relaxing. We had everything we needed and enjoyed how close we were to the beach for early morning swims and sunset views. Room is clean, comfortable and stayed quiet cool.

Great location

This is the perfect place for you to enjoy Maui. It is very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed the walking distance to the beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

Great View and Location!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo; it truly ticked all the boxes! How I miss that lanai in the morning, drinking coffee. The sunsets on the rooftop deck, are memorable and the gas grills are well maintained. The only critique I have is that the living area loveseats and recliner have seen better days, but hey, the price was great!!

Wonderful Condo

5 Star spot! Condo super clean and beautiful view. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom fan. It was very loud and sounds like a jet engine, was very annoying. We found that using the two fans in the bedroom and closing the Lanai shades during the day helped keep condo cooler at night. The bed was very comfy with nice linens. AC worked great too! We have been coming to Maui for 30 years and this condo is in the top 5. We will be back. Mahalo

Great Location and view!

This property is in a great spot of Kihei. Very easy drive to Wailea Shops and minutes from the food trucks in South Maui Gardens and local shops. Very close to the beach with easy access! Plenty of parking too.

Perfect stay near everything

This is the second trip we have stayed in the same building (different units each time though). We love the location as it is easily walkable to many restaurants, the triangle bar area, gorgeous beaches, etc. We love walking nearby to get breakfast and enjoying it on the beach before taking off to one of the many awesome beaches nearby for snorkeling. This unit was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We had one minor issue where the beach umbrella was starting to show some wear and tear and when I mentioned this to the property managers, they had someone bring a new one by that same day. Awesome customer service! As others mentioned in their reviews, the air conditioning is located in the living room area but they provide several fans (if needed) and we never felt warm in the bedroom. Would not hesitate to return!

Great location and property

The property is well characterized by the online photos. Very representative of the views. The only small criticism is that the bedroom was difficult to cool. The location is within very easy, walking distance of the beach, shops, food, and rentals.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our time at this property! It was walking distance to the beach which was a big reason why we chose this place. A couple things were not ideal - the wifi only worked for the first day, and as we were trying to connect for work, it made it quite difficult and we ended up having to use a hotspot. Additionally, every morning we were startled awake to loud construction noises on the wall adjacent to our bedroom. Other than that, the place was great. I do wish management had let us know what to expect on those few points, and perhaps we would have chosen a different location.

Great Location

Central Kihei location with beautiful 180 degree views. This was our second time staying in this building and would stay again. The condo was well stocked. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. The condo was clean, but upon arrival the primary bed wasn’t clean/fresh. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

One to Remember

We had a getaway scheduled for Maui since the spring. Our hearts were saddened by all those impacted by the fires. We decided to go and volunteer where there might have been a need because of our love for the people and memories on this island. My husband and I were speaking of the condo in Kihei earlier today. The perfect location, stocked with essentials and a great jumping off to different parts of the island. The view is breathtaking of the ocean, mountains, swaying palm trees, sunsets, and the moon shining brightly across the water. Maui is such a special place on earth. I believe everyone who visits this destination will know there is a beautiful spirit of warmth and kindness. We would happily stay in this condo if we are blessed to return to Maui. Thank you for quick responses and making our stay very memorable.

This property was true to the listing. We had absolutely everything we needed down to beach towels and chairs. The unit was comfortable and stocked well with all the basics needed. It is also in a great location. We could easily walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There was always plant of parking. The area was quiet and safe.

We had an amazing time and this condo was perfect for us. Beach is right across the street, restaurant and ABC convince store right at corner. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and it had everything you can think of, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, extra towels..kitchen was equipped with everything needed-just Supply your own food. The bed and couches were really comfortable too. The location was perfect, you can walk to get food or Uber 5 miles up the road to restaurant with live music or food trucks. Highly recommend Fred’s Mexican, 808 deli, Moose’s Pub all walking distance and Aloha liquor store And The VIEWS are incredible to catch sunsets and ocean views. We really enjoyed waking up early have cafe out on the lanai and listening to birds. We would definitely stay there again
