Absolutely stunning!! We continually marveled at how we had the best lanai in the whole area with the most gorgeous sunsets. The place was extremely comfortable, well stocked, and clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing view and nightly sunsets. There were some issues with appliances but Jude was quick to resolve any concerns we had. He was a lovely host to work with. We were not quite so aware of the homeless population that slept on the beach right near us and hung out around the streets of the property, this was a deterrent from going to the beach at night. The police did have a stronger presence part way into our trip and this seemed to clear some of the amount of people for a short time. Great location otherwise, close to food, airport, easy to get to many attractions.

Aloha Villas exceeded every expectation with its perfect location, access to beach and pool with every amenity available to us making our stay worry free and unbelievably comfortable! Perfect place to stay in Maui

Such a wonderful place for a family vacation! The beach was perfect for our young kids--super gentle waves. Neither of my kids can swim and I wasn't worried about them getting knocked over in the water. We saw multiple sea turtles on the beach too! The pool on-site was another great addition. I didn't think we would use it that much but we ended up there every afternoon. The "jacuzzi" is the same temperature as the pool so it was the perfect wading pool for my non-swimming kids. And there were TONS of beach/pool gear on-site to use. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, toys, snorkel gear, etc. The only possible negative for some may be that the property is located near a church that offers free meals to people experiencing homelessness so you will see unhoused persons on the beach occasionally. This did not bother our family and we never felt unsafe because of it.

Paradise at Aloha Villas

Villa 2 on second floor has the best view! Jude's rental was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great beds and showers! Sea turtles on the beach at night, beautiful sunsets and scenery, heated pool, responsive host, and many amenities for pool and beach including snorkeling gear and pool toys left from previous guests. The beach out front is a bit rocky and very windy in afternoons. We loved Charlie Young beach about 5 minutes away but our favorite was Maluaka in Wailea (20 min away) for the clear water, snorkeling, and afternoon waves. There is a church nearby that feeds the homeless and, as a result, always 1-3 roaming in the area or sleeping on the lawn. Never felt unsafe with multiple access codes, gates, and locks. Enjoyed Nalu's, Peace/Love/Shave Ice, and WOW WOW Lemonade acai bowls - all so close! Would absolutely return to this special piece of paradise!

Perfect birthday celebration

We rented the entire villa for a week long 65th birthday celebration. There was plenty of space and the villas allowed for easy transitions between meals and conversation while allowing the less social family members their space. Jude was awesome and easy to communicate from the time we made the reservation to us leaving. I would highly recommend.

Our stay could not have been better!

We had a large group of people that was interested in staying at this property so we originally booked with previous owner Mimi. Shortly after, Jude introduced himself as the new owner. First and foremost, he made sure to accommodate our request that was made. Worked with us from start to end, responds immediately, and most importantly the villa was perfect. Asked Jude for recommendations for activities to do in Maui since it was our first time and he introduced us to Matt who went above and beyond to make our stay convenient. Our stay was for a wedding in Maui and each property was split up but yet connected so it was perfect. I have stayed at many different properties in the past but Jude was the easiest one to work with and would recommend booking him. You won’t regret it. Thanks for everything Jude! - Danny S

Amazing

We are a group of Ceo women who rented all four villas for a retreat. We are used to high-end accommodations and this property surpassed our expectations. Jude, the new owner, went way above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. He also gave us referrals for a concierge service for snorkeling as well as a massage therapist who came to the villas. She was amazing. I simply cannot say enough good things about Jude The location of the Villa is very conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, shaved ice 😊 as well as being steps from the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxing, beautiful home away from home

We rented villas 1 & 2 for our wedding. We couldn't have chosen a better place. Mimi was so responsive from beginning to end. Robert the property manager was easy and pleasant to work with. The view is amazing, especially for sunset. The villas themselves are clean and stocked with all the comforts of home. I highly recommend these properties and look forward to coming again!

The overall property is in pretty good shape. It is well maintained and the manager is available.

Our family rented the entire property for a milestone birthday party. There were 18 of us in total ranging from 18 months to 60 years old. The accommodations were perfect for our situation. Be aware that if you have little ones, Villa #1 is upstairs, Villa #2 is the only one without stairs and Villas 3 & 4 are split level. The place is situated in a nice location with easy access to grocery shopping, restaurants, water activity rentals, etc. The beach right out in front of the property was great for paddle boarding, kids ocean activities and sand fun but not so good for snorkeling. But we did find beaches with snorkeling not far away. The wind does come up in the afternoon but those Maui sunsets were spectacular!! The pool is well maintained and kept at a nice temperature. We used it most afternoons because it is somewhat sheltered from the wind and it was nice to gather there for a drink and an appetizer. The property is situated so that there is public access to the beach right next to it...the only negative was a few mornings there were some loud visitors right outside but what can you do!! It's public property!! The manager is available for anything that might come up, which was nice. There are a lot of beach chairs available for renters use. Also, umbrellas and loads of sand toys. If you're looking for a great place to have a reunion, maybe a small wedding or something like that....rent the whole place out. I think it would have been a little awkward to share the pool and outdoor area with strangers. But....who knows? Maybe it could be fun!!
