We loved this place. Perfect location. Loved that it fronted the park. We could watch the dogs and turtles all day. Walked the beaches everyday for miles. We usually stay on the west side of Maui but this is the perfect little condo. Thanks Larry!

We thoroughly loved our stay! The condo was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. The Kihei Surfside office has beach chairs for guest use along with bocce ball sets and putters for the putting green. The complex has BBQs and a pool. The front office staff is very nice and helpful. The condo’s kitchen is very well stocked for cooks. We enjoyed meals on the lanai and the unit provides a perfect view of sunsets over the island of Lanai. Just to the south of the property is Keawakapu Beach. You can walk along rhe beach to the Wailea Beach Path. On the edge of the public park’s lawn area is a dirt trail to the Kihei boat ramp and a small beach cove where sea turtles come to shore. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 -10 minute’s drive or It would be a healthy walk. Larry at Rosie’s Rentals, was very responsive and communication was very detailed and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Oceanfront View Condo Rental!

After researching for that perfect oceanfront condo rental, I knew this was meant to be for my family and I to stay at for our much needed vacation! The location for this resort was great! Loved hanging out at the beach “right around the bend” next door to the other resort! **Stunning views!!Very quiet resort! Everything in this condo was perfect-the bed was even so comfortable! Pool was great!Prompt responses from the property managers!Front desk employees-super nice! They even printed out maps for the guests for our tsunami evacuation! We will be back at this great resort!

Great location and wonderful condo

We stayed for 4 days, but could’ve moved in for months. Loved the location. Appreciated the toiletries provided and the condiments in the kitchen to get us through our stay. The design of these condos is perfect and this unit was well-decorated. We appreciated their straightforward and direct approach that allowed us to get in and check out easily. If we are lucky enough to return to Maui, we would definitely stay here again.

April 2025 Kihei & Molokini

This top floor condo has great views and can hear the waves from the beach. It is nicely located to snorkel beaches around Wailea and Makena. We recommend Ulua beach for easy beach access and the rocks on right side have good variety of fish and some corals. Plus we took a boat trip to Molokini which was fantastic and highly recommend. The condo is in a quiet area just a couple of miles from downtown Kihei. The rocky shoreline here is a favorite spot for watching turtles feeding in the surf on the shore. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked every day. There is a BBQ down by the pool. The pool wasn't anything fancy but it's never crowded and it felt great for a daily swim and laying out in the sun. There are lounge chairs around the pool and in the lawn area for use. The onsite property manager and workers were out every day cleaning the BBQ, pool area, and general ground area so it was a very nice place to stay. We would definitely go back to this unit. The host was easy to contact and provided all the information we needed during our stay.Aloha

Oceanfront Kihei Vibes

Beautiful condo with views for days! A little smaller than expected due to mirrors on a wall, but beautifully done and prime location for beach walks and Kihei dining. AC in bedroom is a bit noisy with the whirring sound, lights are a bit bright in the bedroom, but nice all around. Will def be back again soon!

almost heaven

Given the opportunity, we would absolutely stay at Kihei Surfside again. Outstanding view, especially at sunset when locals and their dogs and tourists gather at the adjacent town park to give thanks for another lovely day. The apartment was well outfitted and near the beaches and shopping...we hated having to leave.

What a View!

The view is STUNNING. My jaw dropped when I entered the condo. Beautiful sunsets can be seen directly from the room. Everything is recently renovated and very nicely decorated. We could not have enjoyed our stay more! To keep this review as honest as possible- here are some things that were not to our liking- but did not take away from the enjoyment of our trip. The shades were broken upon arrival. Not the end of the world when your view is Maui - but annoying enough at night time when you want privacy. The lights were SO BRIGHT. Especially in the master bathroom. If you had to wake up early, or in the middle of the night, in the dark, it definitely hurt your eyes turning on the light for the bathroom. Finally, it drives me nuts when I am charged a cleaning fee and I’m still expected to clean before I leave. And by “clean” I mean take out the trash and start the dishwasher, and throw away all food. I understand you don’t want any critters entering the condo , but in my opinion, taking the trash out is something the cleaning staff should take care of. None of the negatives I mentioned should deter you from staying here. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend this unit to friends in the future. Mahalo!

Extremely clean and comfortable! Amazing view from the lanai. Very quiet on property. Walkable to a beautiful small beach. Easy parking and would recommend renting a car if staying, quick drive to restaurants and other beaches.

Absolutely amazing property!!!

To summarize it felt like paradise. Absolutely clean beautiful condo. Great communication from property owner and property management . The view of the sunset was to die for. I would highly recommend.

Needs more than 5 stars

Absolutely unbeatable view. Great location, loved being close to Wailea shops but also Kihei area. Would stay here every time if we’re lucky enough to vacation again in Maui. Thought no AC would be a problem but it was fine.
