Amazing view. Amenities were amazing (BBQing, Pool, Ocean front, SEA TURTLES near by). Would stay again! Only challenge I had was they changed the lock on us at 8am the day of leaving when check out is 10am. We were so lucky we didn’t get locked out.

Amazing stay! Will definitely come back again.

This was the perfect place and I and my wife loved it so much. The view from the room is amazing and it’s easy to get in and out. Location is pretty great as well and everything is close by. We even stayed in a fancy resort in Lahaina after this but definitely preferred this over the resort.The only minor inconveniences were the occasional insects finding their way in somehow, and that the lock code stopped working before our checkout time. I was taking out the trash before our check-put and the code stopped working. Thankfully, my spose was in. Just something to keep in mind.

Kihei Surfside Excellent Building, Grounds, Pool, Condo

The unit is great. Management Company top notch on instructions and expectations. Unit was spotless, kitchen is very well equipped. Pool on property, beach access is adjacent to property. Lawn area on oceanside of property is putting green grass, great place to set up a lawn chair and take in the ocean views. If you want to grill, there are two on the site. Folks gather at sunset. Friendly people in other units. Sounds of the ocean continuously, and a constant ocean breeze. Kihei town just a short distance away. Foodland, about 2 miles away is better value, and selection, than Safeway or Wal-Mart...which is much farther away. Finally, a beach path, sometimes sand, sometimes trail or as it connects to Wailea is stone and pavers about 3 miles to Fairmont Hotel there.

The bed mattress was extremely bad and caused my wife and I major back pain.. We contacted the property manager and was told to1. Try sleeping on the sofa sleeper 2. Try the bed in a different unit. 3. Go to Costco and buy a mattress top for the bed. 4. Cancel our reservation and ge a refund. We canceled

Peaceful bliss

Wonderful property, everything from the easy access to the beach, and staff here was absolutely pleasant! The most amazing view to enjoy the sunset on the lawn. Definitely will be coming back!

Long overdue break!

The condo was exactly as advertised, and the view could not be any better. The property is well maintained and is close to everything. The check-in was seamless with simple and timely communication from the owner. The condo was stocked with more than is needed, allowing us to just enjoy the stay. We will be back!

Lovely beachside condo with ocean views

The condo has stunning ocean views. Hard to beat oceanfront property next door to a super pleasant beach (very family friendly beach with long shallow beach area). Great balcony! However the condo is not walking distance from any restaurants so you will likely want a car. Condo has everything you’d need (including beach chairs you can checkout from front desk). Only note is couch is due for a replacement or a deep clean and bed pillows could have been more comfortable)

Great Location with Gorgeous View

Very comfortable one bedroom with gorgeous ocean view. Location at the very south end of kihei - steps away from the north end of the long beach that extends into Wailea. Logistics were very straight forward and well-communicated. Property manager was helpful for my limited needs. Overall beautiful location with great to the beach.

This is our second time to Surfside. The location is great, all rooms have a view of the ocean and the green park. My room was nicely attired. Many people sit in the park along the water to watch the sun set. Tiki torches are set around the pool and barbecue center. The pool area is serviced every morning. It’s very quite here

Was very nice to stay at this property

we had really good time seen the Amazing sunset every day ! The location is very convenient close to some good restaurants and beach at walilea The property are nice and clean At the beginning we had some extra charger by the owner of the property and create some concerns for me !! But lately they fix it! Just at reminder for everyone who book for more that two people of the Unit to expect extra charge on their bill! I know the unit is posted for 4 people but if there more of two they charge extra Other and that no complain at all And where happy to been there on are vacation

The View!

This condo is exactly as it appears, even better! It is centrally located for walking into Kihei for food and also directly to the beach. We enjoyed the breathtaking sunset on the deck every evening! The pool is a wonderful option to the sea, and the grills are available for guests. We definitely recommend this stay and hope to return!

Watched sea turtles swimming right from the balcony!

Every morning we watched sea turtles swimming around the rocks right from where we were drinking our morning coffee! Spectacular! Nice clean condo quiet community and a great view. No need for AC here. Just having the windows open let a refreshing sea breeze through every afternoon! So close to great food, some of the most beautiful beaches. Short drive to the airport because sadly we eventually had to head back home. We would highly recommend.

A view that can’t be beat!

This property is a gem—truly! From the first moment you enter it is clear that the owners take good care of their rental. The furnishings are all in great shape and the kitchen is fully stocked with like-new everything. (Not chipped, scratched and sad items but cute and high quality.) the bath towels are even amazing—super thick and cozy. The view cannot be beat though. Sitting on the balcony every morning for coffee was complete perfection. We didn’t miss the A/C at all—the trade winds were plenty. Loved it!

Beautiful Views and Great Location

Overall great stay! Beautiful views of the ocean and resort grounds. Quiet stay near Wailea. No central AC, did tend to get very warm at night, but sufficient fans provided. Clean, beach towels supplied, and convenient check in/out.
