Amazing location and spectacular views! It’s about as close as you can get to the beach without getting wet. Larry was an amazing host. He was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend his place and we plan on coming back!

AC Problems

The AC was not working when we arrived. Repair people came 2 days later but did not fix it. When I complained, I was told that the AC was not installed until after I booked so I could not get a refund. But I did not find in the listing where it stated that there was no AC. I went back to look at the reviews and saw that the AC was installed in April and I did not book until June. Do not book this unit in the summer until you get confirmation that the AC units are working!

Very nice stay

We stayed August of 2023, one day after the tragic fires. Over all we made the best of our stay, we enjoyed the condo and the lovely grounds. The condo came with all the amenities needed for a great time. The view is stunning and was the highlight of our stay.

Perfect place, perfect location

We had a timeshare years ago in Kihei, so we knew were we wanted to stay on Maui, this property is beautiful, Beach and snorkeling right there, killer sunsets and a nice community of people who congregate at sunset.

Helpful service and amazing stay with stunning views

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kihei Surfside. The sunsets, snorkelling, boogie boarding and BBQs made it a lovely stay. Our host Carl quickly responded to a request for a smart TV remote and loaned his own personal smart TV remote - thank you so much!! Above and beyond what would be expected. We did get the local rooster wake-ups in the night, but thought it added a bit of character, and were able to quickly get back to sleep. The temperature was lovely with the fan and having the windows open to let the consistent trade-winds in. The Kihei boat landing is less than 5 minutes walk away - made the Molikini early wake-up easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful sunset views.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Kihei Surfside. The location was perfect. Room was as advertised. The sleeper sofa was a bit uncomfortable. I would suggest a more comfortable sleeper sofa. The main bed was very comfortable. Overall great stay!

Lovely view unit!

This unit has an amazing view and is very well stocked. Overall it was clean upon arrival. My only issue was that the sheets for the main bed were bleach stained and a bit worn, and there weren’t any extras that fit the King bed. An extra set would be helpful here…or perhaps just a new set. The chickens in the parking lot were a bit loud in the early morning, but they didn’t bother me too much. Otherwise this was a great unit and we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, beautiful views!

The location is as described, a walking distance to the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony and nearby great shops and restaurants. Office management is very communicative and helpful if you need anything. Only one inconvenience was that there was plumbing issues for three days in a row where we were asked not to use the water for several hours of the days. Office manager was very apologetic and communicative, but not being able to use the water to shower and get ready did cause some inconvenience. However, don’t think that this is a typical thing and hopefully doesn’t happen again!

Lovely, updated oceanfront condo

Great location with beautiful views from the lanai. Close enough to the ocean to hear the waves, quick 2 minute walk to Keawakapu Beach, snorkeling right out front. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean and bright. Comfortable bed. Had beach chairs and umbrella, cooler. Great value. Hope to come stay again.

Great place

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is filtered water in the fridge. The view is great. The shower is amazing. The grounds are great and the sandy beach is right next door. They have great beach towels and some beach things. We were grateful for the umbrella and the snorkel fins and goggles. The bed is ok. But the pull out couch is not good for older teens. It is not even a mattress, just a raw piece of foam and the bars can be felt through it.

Location Location Location

Kihei Surfside 504 is a gem. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony features jaw dropping sunsets. The lawn is well maintained and chair plentiful for ocean gazing. A short walk to a terrific beach which has both swimming and snorkeling. We saw turtles sunning on the beach to the north of the property. Would absolutely return here. Note: There is no AC in the condo, but the breeze made it comfortable for sleeping (March). The pool is small and unappealing. The squishy master bed mattress is on its last legs.

Spectacular Condo on the Water

Location is everything... this is the best. The views absolutely incredible. Close to everything and beautiful beaches to walk on. Loved being on the 5 th floor to watch whales, fishermen and passers by. Condo had all amenities necessary. Very private, couldn’t hear neighbors at all. Had a great time.
