This lovely condo-like space became our home away from home. It had everything we needed to make our Maui vacation perfect. We walked to the beach for swimming and sunsets, we drove to other beaches for snorkeling, we were centrally located for reaching airports, northern beaches, and southern beaches. Make sure to follow the driving directions you are sent. If you use Google, you'll end up making a left turn over a double-yellow line on a busy road. Don't go Google's way. The directions you are emailed are better. The a/c was wonderful for two reasons, for making the rooms cool of course, but also for covering the sounds of footsteps by the upstairs neighbors who were sometimes up much earlier than we were.If you're wondering how much supplies will be in your 'starter kit', we had enough of everything except shampoo/conditioner. No complaints, that was as expected, I just mention it for future renters to bring or buy some if staying longer than the hotel-size mini bottles will cover.I loved this location and hope to come back!

Excellent place to stay with everything we needed. Should be 5 stars but the upstairs tenants were very loud starting at 4:30 am and each night until well after midnight. Otherwise, the condo was gorgeous and well stocked, close to the beach and the hot tub and pool were so nice

Comfortable quiet condo. Good A/C. Host provided beach Towels, umbrella and beach chairs.Only con was we couldn't figure out how to get streaming services to work on bedroom TV, only worked on living room TV.

I didnt receive my check in email instructions but one quick call soved the problem very quickly and i was pleased to be able to check in early.Also our AC in living room gave out the 2nd day. I should have called sooner but very quickly after i called a new portable AC quickly arrived & was set up. We love staying here at Kehei Bay Vista! It is our favorite on Maui. Overall excellent! We were disappointed at the construction blocking a direct walk across the street to the beach but that is not the fault of complex and we made it work.

The property is very nice and nicely stocked with just the right amount of linens, kitchen utensils, table settings and outdoor chairs and beach supplies. The only glitch for us is nothing the property owners could control. Due to winter storm that rained up to 20 inches, we were left with a muddy mess. The pool and hot tub were unusable the last 11 days of our trip which was disappointing......traffic was rerouted and pilot cars were necessary...again, nothing anyone could control.

Aloha. We spend a very good time in Maui. The condo was confortable and well located. Noting missing. Washer and dyrer in the condo was appreciated. The only problem was the the lack of soundproofing of the ceiling. We heard a lot noise (impact noises) from the condo above us (2 floor)

The lock box does not work properly. Hard to get ahold of anyone to remidy situation. Locked us out mutiple occasions. Code reset every two days. No one on site to correct problem. Dishwasher drain cloged and leaking.

Our overall stay was great. Beach was easy access, shopping and dining just couple miles away. Our only complaint was the bed. If you like a stiff mattress then you’ll be fine. Unit was very clean same with pool and hot tub. Quick reply from property management.

Roaches - Otherwise a Nice Place

The condo is in a great location, the facilities are nice and relaxing, the pool was amazing to have after bike rides and hikes, and the kitchen and laundry amenities were decently stocked. German roaches, an invasive species that will definitely go home with you regardless of where that is, were very well established in this condo. We particularly noticed them scattering from behind the oven and dish washer when in use. I am a biologist, so I know these weren't a native Hawaiian species as the guy who came to put our poison traps when we first complained. German roaches of all different ages were spotted, egg casings, and newly hatched individuals were seen. We had to spend a good portion of our last day spraying insecticide into and onto our luggage, washing all clothes that were stored in cabinets, and making sure no roaches had made it into anything else going home with us. This infestation will take more than poison traps. Hopefully the managers of this facility will take this seriously. It was otherwise a very pleasant place to spend two weeks.

It was great having the beach chairs and beach towels. There was plenty of room in the condo, but the AC in the living room seemed to have problems. It would cycle on and off for about 30 seconds.

Can't complain in Maui.

My experience is based on first time staying in North Kihei. Loved walking on the nearby beach and for sushi at Isana! But prefer the beaches as I am a swimmer and love to snorkel, more south. The unit has everything you need. We thought the bed was not very comfortable. King size recommended. Thank you.

Great spot

Good location in Kihei close to beaches, shopping, dining, etc. Tropical foliage gives a feeling of privacy although the unit is close to the pool and hot tub. There are folks in the complex staying for extended periods of time on a regular basis so that says a lot.

Great location next to beach!

We loved the location next to the beach, nice pool, quiet, central location in Kihei, well maintained gardens. Condo was nice and clean, missed some simple basics like sugar/salt/pepper, would say again!

fair price; great location

The property was well maintained and clean. Great beach right across the road. lots of restaurants to chose from within a short drive or walk of the property with a large variety of cuisines. We were there 10 days and never ate at the same place twice. Weather in Kihei area (leeward side of the island) was dry & pleasant the whole stay.

Perfect place

Everything was perfect . Ideal location for all the beaches we had planned to visit . Restaurants , convenience stores only 3-5 minutes driving . Clean and quiet . Pool and jacuzzi only steps away from the unit . Highly recommended
