Nice place. Pool and front lawn were nice and amazing views. I wish we had more space (hard to find space to even put out our luggage) and I didn’t realize there was no AC. That said, the overall space for a VRBO (vs. a hotel resort) was nice.

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo is right on the water, with the beach just a short walk away. Some of the best snorkeling we did in Maui was right outside the complex. The location made everything easy, close to shops, restaurants, and with a convenience store right across the street. There’s no air conditioning, but there were plenty of fans, and we stayed comfortable. Perfect setup for a week or two in Maui.

Wonderful beachfront unit

This is the perfect home away from home! Perfectly clean, perfectly equipt in a perfect location. The check-in was absolutely easy. I enjoyed watching the sunsets from my balcony every evening, cooking in a wonderful kitchen and going to bed in a very comfortable bed with a high-end mattress. There is no need of an air-con as there is always a breeze at night as soon as you open the window. In addition you can listen to the waves coming in while resting from a perfect day in paradise. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Maui stay

This is the most perfect place for a Maui stay. The views and property are exactly as pictured. The hosts are very responsive and tentative of making sure we were taken care of. It’s in the perfect location for everything you need. It’s close to all shops and grocery stores. I would stay here and recommended others to stay at 407!

Beautiful views, and perfect location

Have to say, I love the views from this property. The well cared for lawn was amazing, and the close beach was great. The snorkeling so close was one of my favorite parts of the vacation. I will definitely enjoy staying here again!

Beautiful Location

My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our condo ! The views were spectacular, it had a laid back atmosphere. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. This was our first trip to Hawaii, but hopefully, not our last.

Quite complex, we really enjoyed the pool and grass area. Short walk to our favorite beach to swim and snorkel. Short walk to the boat ramp for our whale watch tour.

The location is excellent, exactly what we expected from that. The grounds (i.e. pools, grassy area) were very nice. The room itself was a bit tired, could use makeover inside. Definitely not horrible, but some modernization would really help

Favorite Oceanfront Paradise

We loved our stay here. Definitely, we will come back. The view was the most beautiful we have ever seen and everything else was perfect. Although, it would be very nice to have an AC in the bedroom🙏😉

Beautiful stay!

Great place with a wonderful view. Perfect for 2 people! All amenities included, and office staff was there with beach chairs and any assistance you might need. Site was clean, and gorgeous. Pool was perfect! We’ll be back!

Fabulous Location

Beautiful views, well maintained lush lawn. Gorgeous sunset viewing. Close proximity to great snorkeling. Saw many turtles. Staff and grounds folks were awesome and attentive. Will definitely book here again.

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. We usually stay on the west side Maui but we decided to stay a few days in Kihei. The condo was just perfect for the two of us. The only thing that could have made it better was air conditioning. But, it wasn’t that bad. We just opened the bedroom window and the window in the living room for a cross breeze. The property was gorgeous!! We loved sitting on the lawn to watch the sunset. The beach was one of the better ones on the island. We will definitely be staying at this condo again.

VIEWS!

The view from this property is the selling point....green lawn and ocean vistas. The condo was "cozy" for two of us. While not overly spacious, it was well stocked, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We spent much of our time outside. No A/C, which was not an issue for us, as the breeze was cool enough, but may be too warm for people really wanting it cold. Our only suggestion would be to add a salad spinner!

Wonderful unit to stay in. Has all the amenities of home with a very comfortable king size bed. It was great having boogie boards, beach umbrella, and snorkeling equipment provided. Beach chairs could be checked out at the office. The pool and expansive lawn were amazing. Good snorkeling in front of the complex but you have to enter the water from the Mana Kai Maui resort beach just a short walk south. Great location with restaurants and shopping close by. Would definitely stay here again, but would come during the cooler months of the year since there is no air conditioning (The ceiling fan and two portable fans helped a lot in the evenings)
