Communication with the host was good, however, we required maintenance to fix a few things but they only arrived the morning we were checking out. Space was adequate for 3 couples with everyone having their own bathroom. Nicely equipped with beach towels. Kitchen needs to be better stocked with items; garbage bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, storage containers, laundry soap. Pool and barbecue facilities were great! Lanai is far too small but that’s the design of the complex. Unit is dated and needs some TLC, but it was clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay here and would probably return!

Yes,the host was a bank so we really didnt have a face to face experience, but when ever we did ask a question we were answered right away. The place itself worked out reallly well, since there were 3bds and 3 baths! Very comfortable, and we did enjoy our time there immensely.It could do with some upgrades as far as the bathrooms and kitchen. But other than that it was great.
Took picture at 6:30am while I was sitting out in the 74 degree morning drinking my coffee....

This condo was the only 3 bedroom I could find. It was right across from Charley Young Beach, which was wonderful. The bathrooms were VERY dated. The toilets are low and not good for accessibility and one toilet was “rocking”. There are only tubs with showerheads, and the tubs were very stained and really dated. A number of lights in the kitchen were burnt out, and the fridge door can’t open all the way. The beds were comfortable and clean, and air conditioning was good. The dressers could use a good cleaning. Washer, dryer were very good. Only used the pool once and it was fine.

The location of the unit is good, across the street from Charley Young Beach and near local restaurants. It has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms which is ideal for a larger group. Unfortunately, the unit is outdated and not maintained. There were no drains in the tubs and sinks, the facuets all leaked, half the lights in the kitchen were burnt out, the bathroom cabinets were broken, a couple of the headboards were broken, and the kitchen water filter hadn't been replaced. The unit also hadn't been cleaned well, The lamps and lampshades were caked with dust, the ceiling fans were dirty, the floors were not clean, and one of the drains in the bathroom would back up. It was disgusting. For the cost of the unit and the cleaning fee it should be better maintained.

Everything was as pictured, AND the host company is very accommodating. We stayed in the condo during our sister's wedding in Maui. We all found the beds to be comfortable and enjoyed hanging out in the living area. While we didn't hit the local beach, many staying in the condo complex were in bathing suits, flip-flops, and carrying their beach chairs to walk down to the ocean, so it's a good location.

Excellent stay! Very clean. As advertised with comfortable 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms which was great. Kitchen was fully functional and a/c units are present in all rooms. In unit laundry and dryer worked well. Beach towels and several beach chairs were provided. Umbrella and a chair were broken but did not affect us. Did not use property amenities. Parking size was sufficient for our minivan and next to the elevator by the apartment. Great location with short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Email was easy to follow for check in.Kitchen was small, but functional since we cooked for 6 everyday, and it had all the essentials.We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they were nice. 4 gas grills, in good shape, and with lighting for nighttime grilling. Pool was small for the facility size, but we're beach people.A few fruiting trees in the back where carambola/ star fruit was in season. Short walk to Charley Young beach with great snorkeling at the "Turtle Car Wash." I recommend bringing your own snorkle gear, or renting from several stores nearby.Surf shop nearby held lessons for our older kids. Board rentals are easy to find. Surf conditions are great for beginner and intermediate surfers.Short walk to bars, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, and shave ice.The condo was in a nice casual area with many amenities, but not the typical resort style. We all preferred the low key, eclectic style of this section of Kihei.And our first ever tsunami evacuation made for a very memorable vacation: -)

place to stay

unit is across the street from the best family beach - low waves, gentle slope. Pool, bbq very nice, assigned parking is a plus. appliances, linens, furniture, very nice. Only negative is that the bathrooms need updating.

Great location and great amenities!

This listing was perfect for our family! There are 3 BD and 3 BA which was great for all of us! The beds were comfortable, great AC and fans. They had everything you needed including a rice cooker! We grilled on the bbq onsite and pretty much made all our meals. The best thing was being across the beach from Charley Young. I have been to beaches all over Maui and this is such a hidden gem! We saw turtles every day (go out by the rocks to the north) and lots of fish and pretty coral! The location is close to everything and there is a Foodland less than a mile away and you can walk to great restaurants! I would definitely go back!

Family vacation in Maui

Great time had by all in Maui! Our condo was centrally located for our activities and easy to access. Enjoyed our accommodations and were pleased to have access to community grill, also had beach chairs and towels for us to use. Will stay at this location again and would recommend! Thank you!
