We loved our stay here, it had a beautiful lawn overlooking the ocean, super close to the beach and was a very nice and clean unit.

Fantastic stay at Surfside. This unit was very well appointed and very comfortable. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable! There’s no AC but the trade winds kept it breezy and cool in the afternoons. WiFi worked very well, the kitchen had everything we needed. Surfside is a wonderful property and this unit was very comfortable!

Heavenly Location

People may ask you, oh did you go here, or do this while staying in Maui? We always say, no why would we? We stay in Kihei Surfside haha! You cannot get a better location or a better view. This condo was just right for two people. All condos have their little quirks, but again, the location surpasses all! You really can't go wrong, so enjoy!

A great seaside resort. The location is perfect with the beach, pool, and family atmosphere at sunset. Friendly front office that was helpful with parking permit, codes for the building, and beach chairs. A lovely place. Host was great with communication. We want to put out there this unit has no a/c. Most of the units in the building have a/c but not this one. The only time of day this is hard is mid afternoon to sunset. The room gets really hot and found we had to be out of the room during that time. By night time the room cools off nicely with those lovely trade winds. If there was a/c this is absolutely a 5 star.

Mesmerizing ocean view

This property is so close to the ocean that once you have your groceries you can stay without having to run around in your vehicle. The ocean and the beach are within walking distance! It was a beautiful unit with everything we needed.

Prime south Maui location

This is a wonderful unit in a small complex. The unit was small, as advertised - but was well stocked and very clean. The property was maintained very well. This unit was so close to one of the best beaches in Maui. We hope to stay again!

Great Condo, nice location, great amenities

Had a wonderful time. This location can't be beat. Right next to the boat launch from Kihei, amazing new pool that my 8 year old really enjoyed. Great communication. Kitchen had everything we needed to use the grills to make family dinners. Great grass lawn overlooking the beach, plenty of lounge chairs to watch the sunsets. Turtles sleep on the shore just to the north of this property. Perfect beach just a 2 minutes walk down a trail to the south. Would definitely stay again. Only issue was a mattress cover for the fold out bed and they delivered a new one promptly. Front desk was helpful getting chairs for the beach. They even lent us a life vest and kids beach toys.

Beautiful location but some improvements needed.

The location was absolutely perfect with an amazing view. It was pretty secluded which made the stay more peaceful. Condo was clean and well furnished/decorated. I took away two stars only because there was no AC and it was miserably hot at times. They appeared to be installing AC units though. Also, the toilet kept running every couple minutes which made it difficult to sleep. Lastly, the bed was incredible hard and uncomfortable. If those few things are dealt with, i would give it a perfect rating.

SOUND OF THE SURF, INCREDIBLE VIEW, GORGEOUS SUNSETS!!!

What a beautiful place to relax! The ocean view and park like setting made for a very relaxing stay. The condo is very nice…. Kitchen has everything you need including a spice rack. The bed is comfortable. The standing fan in addition to the ceiling fan in the bedroom kept it plenty cool for us. The complex is is well kept as a lot of the units are the owners homes. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Going out to the park below

Best Vacation at Kihei Surfside

Our family has been vacationing in Kihei for 40 + decades. I have always been disappointed that every condo appears similar wrt decor, inability to use disposal, need for updating of bath,kitchen,etc. 207 was felt like a uniquely different experience. The remodeled kitchen and bath were beautiful and luxurious, and had a personal touch. We appreciated having an assortment of condiments for cooking, well stocked kitchen cookware/utensils/and tupperware. The location was perfect for viewing the sunset, as well as the early morning view of the sea.There were beach chairs and an umbrella - someday maybe someone will leave some boogie boards too! This was my favorite Kihei stay to celebrate my son's graduation from college! Thank you, Larry! We will be back!

Great location

Overall great stay. Great location, clean place, good experience with the place, but not so much with the host. 1. check in code was sent via email 1 hour before check-in time. It would be great if it was sent within 24 hours before check-in. 2. After we left, the host forwarded an email with a picture of a dirty window at the condo with the subject line “sunblock spray party” and a single line saying “comments?” In the email body. We did not use sunblock spray or had any idea where it came from, but in either case this email did not feel appropriate given the generous cleaning fee that was charged.

Location, property itself was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was clean and quiet, the property was a10+, very clean and well cared for, pool and grill area was lovely and the sunset gathering every night was awesome! Easy walk to a beautiful beach. I loved how low key everything was! I can’t say enough about it, I would definitely stay here again when I visit Maui
