We had a fabulous vacation and this property/condo was everything described and more. Super comfortable, light, bright, and open to the lanai. Kitchen was well stocked with upgraded appliances. We have stayed at the Palms for a long time and this unit is now our favorite. John and Shea were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Spring Break Vacation

Always enjoy our stay at the Palms. Great sunsets. Lazy mornings on the lanai with daily visit from the resident birds. Stunning gardens. Would go again in a heartbeat! Thanks John and Shea.

Always great!

This was our second time staying here and it was wonderful. The condo has everything you need, beautiful location, beds are comfortable, the AC is nice on hot days, the lanai is big and the owners are very responsive and great to work with. We will be back.

Noice!!

We stayed in two separate Palms condos during our week in Wailea. This was our favorite by far. Things we liked: Prime inner “courtyard” location. Sunny, open, lanai views of pool and gardens. Our second condo did not have this location and we missed that. It is a huge difference. Cleanliness! Everything labeled and neat. The kitchen has everything and everything has a label. My wife loved this. Bathroom has makeup towels, cu-tips, shower gel, etc. Great attention to detail. Shower is nice and powerful. Bathrooms are stunning. We want the sectional couch. So comfortable. If we could have fit it in our checked luggage, we would have taken it. Master bed was super plush. Great sleep. For football - giant high def TV. Finally, all of the chairs and umbrellas from the condo that we took to the beach were in top shape. Too many other condos often forget the small things. Would definitely stay again!! We loved it!!

Fabulous Condo

Spent a lovely, relaxing week in Wailea. This condo has everything you need in a peaceful setting. Can’t say enough about how great it was to work with the owners; so helpful and generous. Loved the lanai with the BBQ and wonderful sunsets. Will definitely return.

Clean, quiet updated huge balcony (lanai) with all you need

A corner top floor unit, very quiet, private, clean, updated furniture. Very beautiful inside and view outside is pretty, balcony (lanai) is huge with nice furniture, bbq and sink! Was sooo relaxing ! Everything is labeled and easy to find, owners very easy to communicate with! Few mins drive to everything. Very helpful with suggestions of things to do and where to go. The only non-perfect thing was while it has AC...we had to turn the units on when we got there and it took a while to "cool it down" once it did, it felt comfortable and worked awesome! We would stay here again, and everything else was perfect about this place, as described in the ad!!

Great stay for our family of 4

This condo was perfect for our family’s week long stay on Maui. It was stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen, supplies, beach, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and toiletries. We felt very fortunate to have found such a great place. The Truro pick up/drop off process was also very smooth and easy. Highly recommend everything about this rental.

The PERFECT Vacation

I have taken a bit of time to prepare this review - because I am afraid of giving John's Palms property too awesome of a review and then never being able to rent here again because everyone will rent this property!! But yes, my family and I had the best vacation ever at the Palms and we are deeply glad we chose this property. The owner John was awesome to work with - all of his suggestions and feedback on things to do were spot on. His place is perfect - and I mean perfect. It has everything, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and being able to rent his car was terrific for us. The beds were comfortable, and his place is very clean and is located in a perfect place in Wailea. The Kitchen is all modern, the living room furniture was comfortable, everything was perfect at this location. You literally feel like you are in a tropical Oasis! Literally 10 minutes to walk to the beach from the condo and just a few minutes by car from the shoppes. We mostly kept the windows open and enjoyed the trade wind breeze while we were there and I will never forget the stars on the lanai in the evenings. I really loved staying in Wailea - central to everything and lots of residents in the area. John's Palms IS THE PERFECT place to stay - you cannot go wrong - I wish I could have given this a full 10 star rating (VRBO only allow 5 stars!)- thats how pleased we were with the condo, the owner, the location, and all of the amenities. I have already talked to John about renting next year - so please don't take all of the weeks in 2023! Thank you John and Shae for letting us rent your place at the Palms - simply the best vacation we have ever taken! Perfect Stay - Perfect Location- Sad to Leave

This is an amazing property close to our favourite beaches in Wailea. It was so easy to access anywhere you want to go. This condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the deck for watching stars and playing cards. You will not be disappointed.

Peaceful and beautiful

First the neighborhood is very well kept and has a beautiful pool, patio, tower and creek running through the middle. Waking up to birds chirpi g, water trickling and the general atmosphere that is Maui, is somthing dreams are made of. The home was fully stocked with all necessities and additional necessities your not thinking of (dishes, cups, glassware etc.). The beds were very soft comfortable and thwre were plenty of pillow/sheets. Close to several easy to get to public beaches (all.maui beaces are public) great shopping and food options. We had a wonderful relaxing experience and this location was a huge part of that. Thatnk you for sharing your home with our family. We will be back!

Fabulous stay in beautiful Condo

Can't say enough good things about my stay! Clean, well equipped condo in great location. From top of the line kitchen to all the beach accessories you could want and everything in-between (including AC in all rooms). Owner is very responsive, helpful and provides excellent resources and suggestions about Maui and local area. If I go back to Maui again, this is where I will be staying.

Fantastic stay at 1206 the Palms

Our family of 4 had a great stay at 1206. This was our first visit to Maui, and Wailea was a wonderful jumping off point for everything we wanted to do. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and lots of nice extras. The beach towels, cooler, boogie boards, yoga mat, and filtered fridge water made our stay easy and relaxing. Organization, directions, suggestions and communication with John and Shae were excellent. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. I’d like to come back to Maui and I’d definitely stay here again. Christine

Relaxing Stay

This is our second time staying at the Palms. We love the location and grounds and really enjoy having our own BBQ and large balcony. The check in process was easy with John and Shae, and we were pleasantly surprised with how well equipped the condo was. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back when we can!
