This condo was everything and more for our family trip to Kihei! Traveling with a 5 and 7 year old, the beach accessories (mats, towels, umbrella, and cooler) were such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days a breeze. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped — even had storage containers and tinfoil — which was perfect since we cooked a lot. And the cleanliness was absolutely spotless. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sid's for our time in Maui. The location was great with easy parking, a pool and hot tub the whole family enjoyed, fantastic views and a very family friendly beach across the street ( less than 10 min walk). We had the option to walk along a path to see the manicured resorts, high end shopping and even enjoyed a luau close by, but I was so happy to come back and spread out and cook at "home" in this lovely condo. I'm a bit picky when it comes to bedding in a rental and their linens were fabulous, making it really feel like a higher end get away. Someone did a wonderful job designing the space with great bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. The lanai was perhaps the best part. We had breakfast out there every morning watching SUP's, boats full of snorkelers, & sail boats passing by. While we didn't see any whales from the lanai we saw SO MANY on a the PacWhale watching tour that I can't recommend enough. The closet full of beach toys and chairs/umbrella was a life saver as I think my kids would rank boogie boarding as the highlight of their trip to HI. Thank you so much to Sid, should we be lucky enough to return we would certainly look to stay here again!

This unit and its location were perfect. The host was very communicative and helpful. The unit was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of attention to detail. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The beach to the left just south of K-3 was so nice. Turtles are always swimming in the rocks across the street. Catch a boat to Molokini at the launch right across the street. Easy to walk up the street to shops. We stayed 10 days. We could have easily stayed longer.

We had a fabulous stay!! The condo was even better in person!! It was super clean, beautifully decorated and had amazing views of the ocean and sunset!! It had everything we needed for a perfect vacation!!! Sid was an excellent host.!! He was very happy to share his extensive knowledge of the many sites ( and restaurants) of Maui! He, along with Maui Condo checked on us a number of times; to be sure our check in went smoothly and to see if we had any questions or concerns. We were more than thrilled with our stay, and we are already planning on our next visit!!!! Mahalo !!

A Wonderful Place to Stay While in Maui

My wife and I and our two sons stayed at Sid Rubin’s condo (Maui Kamaole A-205) for seven nights May 12-19th, 2025. The condo is extremely spacious and nice overall. The kitchen is clean and updated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and nicely furnished and well kept. We sept very well on the king-size bed in the master bedroom. The condo has convenient access to the nearby beach, and other beaches close by. It is situated so close to the nearest beach that it took us only 4-5 minutes each evening to watch the sun set off the beautiful grassy area just above the beach. The condo is also close to grocery stores, a great shopping center and nearby restaurants. We found the entire neighboring area around the property to be very nice as well as safe to walk around even during the evening hours. Though exceptionally nice, the condo inside could use some freshening up with a new sofa, and sofa pillows, and a fresh coat of paint on some of the unit’s interior wood trim. The living room area needs more lighting for evening times — too dark for us in that area. Other than these suggestions of improvements, I wouldn’t let them hold you back from renting this property. If you are going to Maui, we highly recommend this condo as a place for you to enhance your overall great experience on this beautiful island!

Maui Family Spring Break

Staying at this comfortable property in Kiehi was a perfect central location in South Maui for my husband and I with our two teenage boys. We enjoyed exploring all the nearby beaches on this side of the island - very close to Makena area beaches that became our favorites. When we were at the condo I appreciated the overall large size to spread out with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We ate all our meals outside on the Lanai and watched sunset from there - it was a great set up.
