Check in and out were seamless which was great. I do wish that the furniture would be updated. The sofa is quite uncomfortable (just wear and tear). It would also be nice to have 2 chairs on the porch. There is one there but it is large and uncomfortable. I’m 5’6” and my feet barely touch the floor when I sit in it. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances worked well. We had a wonderful time as always and look forward to next year. 4 star instead of 5 is because of the uncomfortable furniture. We weren’t there much so not a huge issue but watching movies in the evening it was apparent.

The spaces were clean. The host was quick to communicate with answers to questions. Loved being able to see(and hear) the ocean, but couldn't see the beach because of the dunes(the pictures are accurate in the site). Host communicated all info needed for getting into the unit and what was expected at checkout.

This condo has a wonderful location and spectacular views. The floor plan of the unit is excellent. It was clean . But as other guests mentioned in prior emails - it would benefit from a deeper clean and touch- up painting . The laundry room had boxes in it that made access to dryer difficult. Only one side of the toaster worked, the unit would benefit from a stronger vacuum cleaner. The ice maker was not functioning. Despite these remarks, we had a wonderful stay and I would rent again.

Amazing location and good spaces. Loved the deer that live in the dunes! Suggestions for improvement include better patio furniture (only two uncomfortable chairs and a small broken table). Property was missing the porch swing shown in listing. Also, could have been cleaner. Floors were not clean and lots of stains on upholstery.

Always love to stay here

We always have a wonderful time when we stay at this property! It’s clean and spacious with a wonderfully convenient spot on the boardwalk! We had a few small things come up but this management is always SOOo good about communicating quickly and are always helpful. One hang-up would be the difficulty with the refrigerator- even with close to nothing in it, it seemed to have trouble staying closed and cold. We decided to turn it down because we didn’t want food to spoil which lead to fruits freezing and going bad when it did finally close and stay shut. We unfortunately had to re-buy a lot of produce because of this but everything else was great! We will definitely continue to put in to stay at this property.

Location, location, location!

Cute home with an amazing location! The views and proximity to the beach were awesome! The home could have been a bit cleaner (mold in the master shower and quite a bit of dust built up behinds beds), but everything else was great! Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay!

Absolutely Perfect

This place is so perfect in every way. The beach is steps from the porch. The view from the place is amazing. We biked to the east and west of the island several times. The owners have a lovely taste. Totally recommend this place!

Great interior design and view

The owner wisely opened up this unit to provide an amazing sunrise view from most of the unit. Steps sways from the beach. All necessary kitchen utensils. Comfortable furniture and beds. They even have some beach chairs available. Great location on Kiawah

East Beach Oceanfront

We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located, family friendly villa! Accommodations were comfortable, nice and plentiful. And the boardwalk to the beach could not be closer! We can’t wait to return!

Great location

The location of this property is fantastic. It’s quiet, easy to access the beach, and has a nice setup (kitchen, dining, bedroom layout). It was, as others have pointed out dirty, (stained couch cushions, food under the bench cushions, mold in all the bathrooms and sand in the bathtubs (when we arrived)… there was no backup toilet paper (which is in the description, but 2 of the bathrooms had only a a few sheets). Once again, lovely location - just needs some TLC.
