"This property served its purpose well. To be able to walk to the beach in a couple of minutes was fantastic. There’s also a market/Café that we could walk to and we did. I’d list clearly that there are only stairs to each level. Some folks may find that difficult. "

"What this property does, it does well. It is certainly lacking in some areas, none of which are really baseline requirements. For instance, beach towels and beach chairs are not included. Beach chairs can be rented at the beach for 10 a day and they’re pretty old and rickety. Beach towels are 5 to rent. No board games in the house to play on a rainy day, and it’s a rainy area. "Great location, steps from the beach. The villa is cute, compact and clean and perfect for 2 as advertised. Good access to the beach and we enjoyed riding our bikes through the forest to other activities like tennis. Convenient to Freshfields too"

"This is our second year staying at this location. We love Kiawah Island primarily for its serenity. There is not the usual hustle and bustle of a beach town in Kiawah and this property fits perfectly into the island. With a secluded lagoon behind the unit wildlife is sure to be found!
