Management not great

The mangement group doesn't give you accurate info on the heat of the unit or how to take care of the garbage.

Family of 7 fit nice

The property was a great fit for our family of 7. Our host was a great communicator and easy to get ahold of if anything arose. Clean property and great location, not far from lots to do. Thanks to previous reviews, we hit the City Market in Silverthorne for groceries, coffee filters and condiments.

Perfect place for a bigger group

We had a golf trip booked to Keystone and seven guys stayed in this house. It worked out well! The location is close to the courses and resort and it had enough space for everyone to comfortably hang out in the evening. Great stay!

This house is so spacious and fits 10 comfortably. If you come with kids you could even put up to six young kids in the bunk room since its double beds above twins. I came here with a bunch of friends in our 30s and we had a blast. Wish the hot tub was a bit closer so if you are local to Denver i recommend packing robes. The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade the smart tv so youtube works and you can navigate between channels easier but they did have cable which was great for the playoff games we all wanted to watch. Lastly, I would recommend way more towels there werent even ten towels and it sleeps ten people specific towels for the hottub also aluminum foil, olive oil and other basics like that would be good to have in the home. Theres plenty of spices and even a slow cooker but no shelf staples is a bit inconveniant

Very spacious and comfortable.

We had a great stay. Kitchen was well equipt but there were no coffee filters and no fridge condiments as most places offer. Plenty of beds and places to spread out. The tv and cable were not hooked up so it took us a while to figure out how to plug everything in and get it operational. Very late check-in and early check out which is a bummer. Hot tub and pool are far from the unit.

Great location; No frills

If you’re looking for a quick shuttle ride to keystone base area this is the place. The location is awesome. The townhouse was clean upon my arrival and ready at 4:30p as promised. The space is a great layout for families or multiple couples. However, if you plan on cooking, bring all your own spices, cooking oils, and condiments. There was absolutely nothing in the condo, not even salt and pepper. The kitchen has all the basic needs and multiple coffee makers (bring your own grounds or k cups). Being a vacation rental owner myself I expected some basics that weren’t there. Also, don’t plan on logging into your own Netflix account, the TVs have parental code locks on them that won’t let you do anything but watch live tv. While fire wood was provided, there was not a lighter or kindling anywhere within the house. There weren’t even instructions on fireplace operation. The online guest book is extremely general and provides no specifics. You have to reach out to the management company for any specifics, which when I tried to email them was sent back to me as a bad email address. Overall, had I known about the extremely limited supplies I would’ve planned better.

Great Place

This was a great place nice location! Very confident! Everything we needed was there. We loved the fireplace. It was nice and quiet. The Mountain View’s were amazing! Loved the white clean sheet service. Would stay here again!

Keystone Gulch

We simply couldn’t be happier with this property we stayed at. View was amazing and the place we wanted to go to was really close by. Everything was really clean and organized like it should be. We could see the care that got put into making sure everything was as close to perfect as possible. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for the wonderful experience that my kids have recieved.

Keystone Gem

This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was very private with only three units. Lots of chairs for sitting outside and enjoying Autumn weather. We experienced the Aspen turning while we were there. The interior was well maintained. Will definitely rent this again.

Snow Heaven

Great location to ski lifts and other Keystone amenities. Perfect for 2 families as the bunk room was perfect for the kids. Look forward to staying here again for next season.

location was perfect

unit was spacious. kitchen included everything we needed, and then some. it was quiet, and the back of the unit was all mountains and open space. bedrooms were large, and the upstairs had 9 beds between the two rooms, if you had a lot of guests. two thumbs up. management company was great. washer would not work. turned out it blew the fuse and we could not find the breaker box. it was in the master bedroom behind a picture. management was quick in responding.

Location location

Property location was spot on. The rental property is 5minutes from Keystone's horse stables in one direction, 5minutes from the lifts/mountain where during the summer they have plenty of activities for kids as well as do bike rentals (highly recommend) and if you want to hike there is a path right out the back door.

Family Gathering

Worked out well for 5 adults and 2 children. The seating for dinner was great with the bench and 6 chairs. The management was very responsive when we had questions. Too bad the pool was closed, but the kids enjoyed the snow, feeding the fish at Keystone Lake and playing at various playgrounds.
