A nice stay- beautiful ground level views!

The property was as advertised. Sometimes we gave a lower rating because it was hard to access the advertised outdoor activities as we could not find where to go, hours, or prices, where hiking trails started when going in early summer. We also gave us slightly lower rating because the light bulbs and the lighting options after dark were dim in the bedrooms (no dimmers) and it made the rental not feel as “homey”.The heated pool that was a few steps away, was not working for part of our stay, and so we had to go across the resort which made it difficult with small kids. (Red Hawk Lodge’s issue).Honestly, the ground level access to the walk & bike path and the beautiful Mountain views were definitely worth the price! I had read a review about a coffee pot, although it did work, it was more commercialized than not easy to use, and I could not make a decent pot of coffee with it. I would recommend that the rental consider buying a more user-friendly coffee pot. It was great having a laundry right in the unit, and the mattresses and pillows were all in very nice condition. If ever needed in the future, we would work with this rental company again! Thanks, Summit County.

Quick ski getaway

GREAT location. 500 yards from the gondola. This is a very roomy condo. Wifi, heat, hot water all worked perfectly. We were a family of 5 with all adult children. The sleeping space was good. The only negative was the comfort of the pull out sofa but I don’t think those are ever comfortable.

Beautiful views and comfy townhome

One of our best vacations yet. The townhome was spacious, two bedrooms and bathrooms that were very clean, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the unit. I loved how the back door open to a deck where we could sit and had steps for the kids to go down and play in the grass and near the river. Pool and hot tub were perfect.

Comfortable ski escape

Well maintained and equipped property. Comfortable furniture and good size rooms. Deck looks over stream and onto mountains - excellent and relaxing vista. Less than five minute walk to River Run gondola and village. A ten minute drive to A Basin and about 30 minutes to Copper or Breck.

Great location!

Great location. Right next to river run. Perfect for biking because you're right on the main bike path. The entry way is spacious to keep golf clubs/ bikes etc safe at night. Condo was spacious and clean. Wish we would have known that Keystone is pretty closed up on their "off" season. Only a few things open at river run this time of year and don't open for a few more weeks aka October.If you're looking for night life go to Breckenridge! Also the steam room and fire pit by pool area didn't work . Otherwise would recommend!!

The location is great, just a short walk to the River Run gondola. The house could use some updating, especially the lighting, but it is fairly comfortable. There were food crumbs on the floor and under the couch so it could have been cleaned better. The master bed is very squeaky/noisy, not good for a light sleeper.

Property was great! The location, access and views exceeding our expectations!

Everything was wonderful. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need, the beds were so comfortable, access to the village was perfect and the property was clean and quiet (given the nature of it being a condo). Only complaint — we wish the pool and hot tubes were a touch warmer!

Bedrooms were very clean. All bed except the trundle bed were comfortable. I had to wash all the dishes upon arrival because they were all dirty. Pans, plates, silverware, coffee pot, crockpot, etc. Nice space. Plenty of room. It’s close to the pool and hot tub. Very close to the gondola.

Had to rate this five star due to the location. Condo is great with parking at the front door and an easy walk to gondola out the back door. We have stayed here two years in a row. Really love it but it could use a little TLC.

Very easy to communicate and quick responses

The company sent us an app that was very informative along with a text message the day before we were to arrive. They made it easy to text anytime with problems or questions and they responded within minutes. Our coffee pot wasn’t staying hot and they brought a new one within the hour. The place itself was beautiful and we would stay again in a heartbeat

Peaceful and quiet

Aspen color was at its height with magnificent views from the condo. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Our stay was during the off-season so no crowds at Keystone. This also meant that there was not much activity if that is what you are looking for. For us though,, quiet was what we were looking for and we found it!

Great property in a great location

My wife and kids had a great stay at this property in July of 2021. Unit is roomier than in the pictures suggest, and the location is fantastic. The back balcony is just steps from the recreational path. Comfortable beds, nice linens, good water pressure, a washer/dryer in the unit were just a few highlights. The property management folks responded quickly to a couple of small issues we had and got them resolved right away. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Location

Stayed in Red Hawk Lodge area for the 2nd time in two years. This time in a townhouse. Absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for my two year old to run around. Quiet. 5 minute walk to River Run. Communication with management was amazing. One request - in the instructions for the townhomes, please indicate where we should dispose of trash. In the condos the trash is in the basement parking garage, but we were unable to find the trash dumpsters for the townhomes. We ended up having to run around to find a dumpster. All in all - loved our time in Summit County - would absolutely stay here again!
