The house was exceptionally clean and the check-in process was easy. The property itself was nice, but there were repeated problems throughout the brief stay. Wifi never worked, despite multiple calls and an onsite visit. We were told repeatedly that this would be escalated, but there was never follow up by the management company. Due to limited cell service, people needing to work could not. The venting system over the oven became so hot that we elected not to use the oven at all. The grill was in bypass, never getting the temperature over 250F, and the master bathtub also had problems. One guest room bed frame needed to be tightened. We did not convey all of these problems to the mgmt company as I learned about some of them after we left, so perhaps they could have sent in a plumber for the bathtub. But the point is, every person staying in the house had multiple varying problems and that isn't acceptable in a five star property.
