The house was nice and clean. We did have a few problems with the heat not working, also the code the hot tub was incorrect / had the cleaning lady not been around we wouldn’t have gotten in. Otherwise it was a great stay

Overall ok

The property was clean except for an odor we noticed immediately that may be due to the house not being used for a while. There were also dirty bandaids left in one of the upstairs showers from previous guests. Other than that, it was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It did take the refrigerator overnight to cool down to the set temp of 35* and it took that long to make a significant amount of ice. The oven cooks very quickly so you may want to watch your food so it doesn’t burn. The washer smells moldy and probably needs a good cleaning. The master bed was very comfortable. The other beds were not according to those who slept on them during our stay. Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo and area. It was quiet! Our stay was during a very warm period and they had plenty of fans to aide in cooling the inside.

Great house

Upscale and well stocked home. Convenient shuttle to slopes runs every 20 minutes (not really walkable .8 miles down busy road). Would stay here again.

Great mountain retreat near Keystone

Our family enjoyed this mountain home at Keystone. The house with 4 bedrooms and an open main floor living area and well appointed kitchen was perfect for our extended family. Location was great and free shuttle was perfect for exploring the area.

Perfect!

This is the perfect place to stay when you want to get away into the mountains! Easy to check in and out and the management is very available, although everything was great and we didn't need anything during our stay. Gorgeous views, spacious, comfortable condo and just steps from a toasty hot tub. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a mtn getaway

We loved this place! It was a ladies getaway weekend and we loved everything about our stay from the cozy beds and fireplace to the ten steps from the hot tub and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Lots of little problems

The house was exceptionally clean and the check-in process was easy. The property itself was nice, but there were repeated problems throughout the brief stay. Wifi never worked, despite multiple calls and an onsite visit. We were told repeatedly that this would be escalated, but there was never follow up by the management company. Due to limited cell service, people needing to work could not. The venting system over the oven became so hot that we elected not to use the oven at all. The grill was in bypass, never getting the temperature over 250F, and the master bathtub also had problems. One guest room bed frame needed to be tightened. We did not convey all of these problems to the mgmt company as I learned about some of them after we left, so perhaps they could have sent in a plumber for the bathtub. But the point is, every person staying in the house had multiple varying problems and that isn't acceptable in a five star property.

Beautiful spacious townhome

Stayed here for ski trip. Easy access to slopes with shuttle running every 20 minutes. Townhome was well stocked and maintained. Plenty of room for a large group. It was a very cold week so we enjoyed the gas fireplace

Keystone townhouse

This was an extremely comfortable townhouse. Lots of room for our family! The kitchen was great and convenient with the upgraded appliances. Also loved the convenience of it being so close to the ski slopes. We will stay here again!

Everything you need

The townhome had everything that we needed and so much more. Everything you could think if needing in the kitchen was there. Towels and linens were high quality. Garage surprisingly held our Ford Expedition. We were sad the hot tub was closed, but figured it might be so with Covid.

Great location and layout

Our family of four enjoyed how close we were to the mountains and the pretty surroundings. The layout was perfect for our family of 4, we had plenty of space and the patio outside was a bonus. The house had everything we needed and the property management company was easy to communicate with.

Ski tip review

They certainly make it easy to check in. No hassles at all. I’d say they could definitely spruce up their kitchen cook ware. Cookie sheets, cake pan, etc.! Had a little trouble with the stove staying lit but townhome was definitely decent. Too bad covid sapped all the fun out of doing anything fun in the nearby little villages😔.

Beautiful Colorado vacation home!

We found the condo to be lovely, comfortable and well-stocked in every way! The perfect place for a fall getaway, as a base for hiking trips and for see the beautiful mountain colors. Thanks to the family that hosted us, and kudos to the management company for taking such good care of the place.

Great spot for a spring skiing destination!

We had a great time at this condo with easy access to Keystone for skiing! It’s very comfortable and we made good use of well stocked kitchen and hot tub close by! Shuttle to skiing super easy. We’d definitely come again!

Ski tip condo

We stayed in late Feb 2020. We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The only complaint is that there was limited information with the check in material. We were always directed to the “portal” for example when asking where exacfly the hot tub was located we were informed it was “centrally located” and we found it out 3rd night. We really enjoyed our stay and overall would recommend the property

We had a wonderful multi-generational family gathering here for several days. A beautiful condo, well set-up and equipped. Cozy living room and fireplace, responsive management. Keystone is a good, central location to explore the region!

Perfect place for your family

This place was perfect for our family. Great quiet location with everything stocked in the home to host! I loved that my oldest could come and go on the shuttle to snowboard as he pleased. Would definitely stay here again!!!
