Excellent Ski House

Hi, Great house, clean, nice, roomy. The house is a cool structure made out of massive beams. Great location. Excellent pick. I'd rent it again.

Spent break ski trip with multiple families

The house was in a great, quiet location with fantastic access to Keystone! The condition of the house was very good and all patio and internal features worked well. The Sonos sound system was a great touch and used daily!

Excellent Rental

Check in was super easy and management communication was great. Says it sleeps 12 with a pull out trundle bed but there was no trundle bed. Only sleeps 11 comfortably. Hot tub says fits 12. Only fits 4 comfortably. Overall would book again. The basement is a great entertainment area.

The most amazing home in Keystone!

This gorgeous home has it all! Amenities galore (most importantly in Colorado--humidifiers for.every room) and such an amazing location to Keystone Resort. The home is above all expectations and the communication with the check in process was outstanding. The kitchen appliances and pans, crockpot and housewares was the best I have ever experienced. It felt like we were home.

Memories with the grands!!!!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and was so much more than we could have imagined! The views from inside the house were gorgeous!!! Also the house was well supplied with paper goods and cleaning products. We had a couple of problems with water pressure and someone was sent out promptly and the matter was handled!! Our purpose was to have our grandkids learn to ski where we learned as well as where our kids learned and to make great memories!! This property even made the memories better. The kids loved the hot tub which they were in every night , the bunk room where they were all abel to sleep, as well as making smores over the fire pit!!! Highly recommend this property and so grateful for the memories!!!

Awesome Place for Leaf Peeping

The house was super clean and well stocked. The location is near Breck and Frisco making it convenient for day trips into these towns. If you're looking for leap peeping. This is the place. Easy to use gas firepit in the back makes for a perfect ambiance among the changing leaves. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic House

The house was amazing and in a convenient location. It was very well cleaned. The property manager was wonderful, checking in frequently to ensure that all was going well. We were able to make use of the early check-in which was helpful since we arrived in Keystone earlier than planned. We had a group of 9 guys and all had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen and the rec room where highlights while we were there. Hope to be able to stay here again!

Great house for our conference at Keystone

The house is gorgeous and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that we asked about a early check-in (texted the number provided) as we arrived in Keystone earlier than anticipated and I did not get a text back or a answer when I asked. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great location! Fabulous home with most everything you need but for 1 thing….only 1 television for viewing outside of the master bedroom! Thanksgiving football games were on; only 1tv downstairs?! Please add a Television to the main level living space. Views are incredible, access to slopes exceptional, home is large and comfortable but tv’s for sports was lacking. Gorgeous, beautiful home with plenty of space for large group. We had so much fun! Just missed a few football games; had to flip channels often on the 1 tv.

Nothing short of amazing!

Our group of 6 adults & 4 kids fit perfectly in this stunning mountain retreat! We couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay in during our mountain retreat. The view is gorgeous! The house itself is impeccable & is equipped with pretty much anything you would need to make yourself at home. The game room is a bonus for the kids, as is the hot tub. House management team and the homeowner himself were wonderful to work with and we’re quick to help on the few occasions we needed it on our 10 day stay. We even saw a moose by the creek! 10/10 would recommend this stunning property.

Great Location, 4.5 stars out of 5 stars, but a few issues

House was in a great location and had amazing views of Keystone. I would stay here again. Negative: Don't plan on using the Hot Tub, because the cover weights about 400 lbs. It should have been replaced. It was made of foam, but has been saturated with water and then frozen with the cold weather, so it basically is a 6 foot by 6 foot piece of ice. This was a HUGE disappointment for my kids. The Master bedroom bed should be replaced, it squeaks and creaks with even the smallest movement. To Summarize: I would stay at the house again, but would be prepared for the issues I stated above.

Amazing stay!

This house was amazing and fit us all perfectly. Location was exactly what we wanted where it wasn't in town but was a quick 10 mins walk to the gondola. Had the best time and the house is truly stocked with everything. Would love to come back!

This was a great house but due to the Summit County Mt. Retreat management co. my stay was subpar.

Before my 4:00 PM check-in I received a call from the Summit county Mt. Resorts accusing me of checking my bags in early and threatening to charge me a fee. I told them that I was at dinner with my children and we haven’t even gone near the house yet and our bags were in our car. We get to the house around 6:30 PM to find someone else’s belongings and groceries were in the house we rented. I called Summit to request a pick up of their belongings and ask why someone else’s things were in our house but they said they had no clue. they also didn’t do anything to change the door code for the safety of myself and my family. That evening I noticed they were groceries that I had not purchased in the downstairs refrigerator. I called Summit again to let them know and they told me to either eat the groceries or leave them for housekeeping when we checked out Really!?!? Why would I eat someone else’s groceries? The next day the other family ferociously knocked on the front door looking for their belongings. I told them to call the Summit and they proceeded to yell at me so I walked away and called Summit again. I Asked summit to pick up the rest of their things and deal with the mixup. Apparently housekeeping let these people in the house early to drop off their luggage and groceries . Later I found out that this other family rented a house on the other side of town but somehow showed up at the house that I was renting. I lost a day and a half of my vacation with my family worried about the confrontation with this other family and them possibly having our door code. The management company did nothing to assure the security and safety of my family, they were extremely rude, and non-accommodating. They argued with me and never apologized for the situation and continued to blame everything on housekeeping. Housekeeping that’s part of their company. The house was great but I’m so disappointed in the situation and the way we were treated by Summit county Mountain retreats. It’s too bad because I would stay in this house again; however, that will never happen due to the horrible customer service and lack of safety for myself and my family. Additionally, check out was at 10:00 AM and one of their maintenance men, without knocking, opened the door at 9:30 AM while we were packing and getting ready to leave. Thank God I wasn’t naked. Overall this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our time at this property! The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the ping pong/pinball/foosball area was a ton of fun. The land around the property was absolutely GORGEOUS, and we found some amazing hiking (and aspens) just outside the front door! The only reason it wasn't all 5s was because the whole-house media system was down (though it seems like it would have been quite a nice system), and check-in was a bit later than we were hoping for. But the management company was very quick to respond to our questions/requests, and we had an absolutely wonderful time overall!
