Perfect for our family and another couple. The loft is located by climbing a ladder so that wasn’t expected but was good enough for what we needed. Close to the village and walking distance for skiing

The property was not as advertised in the listing. When booking the listing showed 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. 1 room with a king, 1 with a queen, and 1 with multiple bunk beds. But it's actually 2 bedrooms with a loft. It will sleep 8 if everyone is sharing beds which was not what we were expecting. The owner was very rude when I contacted him about the issue. He said I was wrong and didn't read the listing even after I sent him screenshots from Vrbo. He also said: if you don't like it "You can f-ing leave. The only problem is you're probably all dudes and dudes don't want to sleep together." We were not all dudes, but we did want what we paid for. The picture I attached is the screenshot from the listing when I booked. The property is reasonably nice, but the owner and misleading description really soured the trip.

The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, the house itself was a fantastic place as well. Very close to the Ski lifts, close hot tub access, and overall an excellent 10/10 vacation stay at this place. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location! There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. Everything was as advertised, very clean, easy check in/check out, walkable to everything and in a quiet gated community. Host was helpful and responsive. Loved it, super cute home!

Mountain House

We have always stayed in River Run Village, which we also love, but we thought we would give this area a try. It was fantastic and perfect for our family for Spring skiing at Keystone!

Excellent Location and Property

We had a great time staying here, the property is easy to get to, had a great kitchen and sleeping arrangements and the location close to the Ski property couldn't be beat for the price! All around great stay and a wonderful weekend.

Great visit. Clean, comfy and convenient.

This home is equipped with all you need for a lovely stay. Comfortable beds, a shortish walk to the gondola and Peru express…although we had a non skier who dropped us off. The walk to gondola is about 1/3 of a mile. The garage is heated and kept our equipment safe and warm. Great communication with the owner . Pretty view from the deck and nice big grill. Nicely furnished and cozy,for relaxing evenings in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

Great Keystone condo

We stayed here for a week in February and loved the proximity to the slopes, we could walk or drive and park at the free parking lot with all of our gear. The house literally was steps away from the hot tub and we enjoy being able to park our car inside the garage. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Paul was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We appreciated being able to make most of our meals at home and occasionally would eat out at nearby restaurants and picked up groceries at City Market in Dillon. We also recommend Pioneer sports for ski rentals in Dillon. They were half the price of slopeside rentals. We enjoy playing some of the games while we watched TV by the fireplace in the evening as a family. We were able to drive to the continental divide at Loveland Pass, explore Breckenridge and Vail easily from here. We highly recommend Paul’s home.

Great location!

Perfectly comfortable home away from home!

This is a perfectly positioned condo between the two mountain bases, it was comfortable and well cared for, space for ourselves and all our gear! We did a lot of walking to the nearby eateries and the bases. The surprise loft with another sleeping areas was great to separate the kids a bit! The owner was attempting and kind and we felt this place really suited our needs!

Great set up for 3 guys ski vacation. About 15 minute walk to slope and food/drink. Lime Mexican restaurant recommended. full beds for all. Only downside was WiFi never worked.

Perfect intro to skiing!

This condo was the perfect location for my kids first try at skiing. Short drive to the slopes, but definitely could have walked it. Very comfortable home and Paul was very responsive to all messages. I love that the kitchen had all the necessities including a good selection of spices, sugar, salt…all the basics you hate to buy a ton of for just a couple night stay. We would 100% stay here again!

Favorite Condo in Keystone

We've been skiing Keystone for decades & have stayed in condos in the ski village, Dillon & Silverthorne, & this was iur favorite! Great location, lovely condo, well appounted, very comfortable beds, & great communication!

Lovely Keystone townhome

The condo is updated with attractive furnishings and artwork. We stayed for two months so we appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer, and garage, to store our motorcycle. There are pretty views of the mountainside and it’s just a short walk to River Run village, where there are shops and restaurants. We had one issue with the kitchen faucet which was not resolved quickly. We had to shut off the cold water valve because it was leaking from the base and then the hot water would just dribble out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo.
