Keystone Christmas

Comfortable, clean, well equipped property in a quiet development close to skiing. Every day we took a short walk to the shuttle stop and quick ride brought us right to the lifts. Management was very responsive. We had no issues and would rent this property again.

Graduation Trip

This was the absolute perfect spot for a family getaway in the summer. Away from all the crowds, ski town with everything you’d need and there was even cell phone service. The townhome was well kept and comfortable. The master bedroom could use a curtain and the kitchen needs updated skillets/pans but other than that perfect stay. The water out back is amazing, Georgetown is close by. We will be back!! Loved the experience!!

Nice Mountain Rental

Our family of 8 rented condo for a few nights to ski. Lots of communication from manager. Space was laid out nicely for 3 bedroom: 1 king, 1 queen and last bedroom has double bunkbeds. Our largest complaints were a chair was taken to be fixed so we only had 7 chairs at dining table for our family of 8 and there was no window coverings on the master bedroom. Bedding very comfortable, condo was clean and great layout for hanging out after skiing. Literally a 2 minute drive to the mountain which was perfect. Great stay and we would come back. Thank you

Great stay

We loved this place! Incredible location, comfortable space. close to shuttle and skiing. Thanks for all the humidifiers and box fans! That was awesome. My one issue was that hunting thru an enormous pdf on our phones to find answers to questions was a hassle. It would be great if you had a printed version in a binder for easier access.

Quiet in the Trees

This lovely townhome within a group of four was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and serving ware. It is a short drive to the fun Keystone Resort.

Great rental - Bad process

Property was great. Management process was bad. Had to email them a few times for every inquiry to get clear answers for anything. Zero percent chance I’m using this app again. Most troubling one was them sending a “guidebook” saying you can ask for late and early checkout. Then me asking for late checkout. Them saying no they can’t do late checkout. Me saying ok fine. Then they message me the last day saying, “message us if you are going to leave early”. I reply saying, “no we’re definitely not leaving early”. Then the cleaning people came early while we were still there saying good bye to each other. Couldn’t wait the last 5 minutes? No, cleaning people pull up to the door and walk in at 9:55 with industrial vacuums when we’re all walking out and hugging. Totally rude! We paid until 10 am, have some respect.

Awesome place to stay!

Wow, this property was beautiful and so perfectly situated. Three awesome bedrooms and a fantastic mountain cabin living room perfect for hanging out. 20 minute walk to ski lifts or free shuttle ride less than 2 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Comfortable ski week

We had a lovely visit at Ski Tip, which is located close to River Run (2 min drive), which is the main base, and a short drive (7 min) from Mountain House, where our kids took ski lessons. We loved sitting by the fire and playing board games and cooking in the kitchen. The kids had fun sleeping in the bunk room. For the adults, the king bed was comfortable, and the large windows offered a nice light through the snowy trees. Kids loved it, adults loved it. We'd definitely book here again. When we do, we'd make reservations at the Ski Tip Lodge, one of the nicest restaurant options, which is a block away but was fully booked before we arrived. The property offered a discount on skis through Summit County Mountain Retreats (rental office across the highway and very convenient), but we didn't reserve in advance and had to ski with older equipment. So, take advantage of the benefits of the property and plan ahead! Plan ahead!

Summit Retreat for Keystone.

The place is exactly as advertised. The size of the rooms were perfect for our 2 groups. The area is quiet and remote. It is very close to the Keystone snow resort. The location did not have the parking passes available, but the office allowed me to pick them up the next day. I would stay here, again.

Great rental!

Fantastic rental. Stream right out the back deck and overall great location. We were able to use the complex hot tub. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Kitchen had almost everything needed to cook full meals. Could use a thorough cleaning.

Great location in Keystone

The location was great! We have stayed in this community using VRBO in the past and love this location. All amenities were there, but other homes in which we have stayed provided nice extra touches like zip lock bags, tin foil, first aid or sewing kit, etc. This was my only complaint that these extra touches were missing. But overall, it is a lovely home, well appointed, and we had all of the necessities. I would return and stay there again.

Hot water.

The place was nice enough but when it came time to take a shower there wasn’t enough hot water for two people to shower one after another. We also had to have maintenance come and fix the kitchen sink. The toilet upstairs had a plug which I had to Plunge, not exactly what I wanted to be doing on my vacation.

Dirty pots/pans and broken step on back porch

Not impressed with the house, loved the sound of the water flowing off the back porch. Uncomfortable beds, showers would give hot water for a few seconds, greasy pots and pans, dirty floors, refrigerator broke had to call maintenance and request window coverings for master bedroom.

Great townhome near the slopes.

Plenty of space. Less than a minute drive to keystone and about a 10 min drive to Arapahoe. Quiet location with enough to fit 8 people more than comfortably. We’d definitely stay again.

Outstanding property

Family of 6 found this place perfect. Bedrooms accommodated us well, with quality bedding. Spacious dining room allowed us to all eat together. Kitchen was well stocked. Appointments were tasteful. Location was convenient. One of the better properties we’ve stayed in.

Great unit. We would stay here again.

This place was quite comfortable and fulfilled the expectations we had. It was at the end of the road of many condos, along a river, nestled on the edge of a forest. There was even a quaint little high-end restaurant in the complex. We'll have to come back sometime when we can make reservations and don't have little grandchildren with us. I loved the full length windows and the easy to use blinds. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of fans and humidifiers available in each room. Our grown kids and the grandkids slept in the rooms beside us but we didn't hear them in the night or early mornings. The showers lost hot water at one point. This wasn't a big deal. We had no problem getting inside, using the code. Everything was clean. Managers provided coffee and a few supplies like trash bags, dish soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. I would have liked a more moisturizing lotions. We live here in CO and you really do need a good moisturizer when at this altitude. Or I could bring my own. The stuff they provided wasn't great. Also, and this is petty, I don't like brown soap. I hate all the brown residue :-) There was Saran wrap but no aluminum foil. We needed that. *There was no dishwasher brush or tool to scrub dishes. That needs to be addressed. There were lots of nice dishes, bowls, utensils, and appliances to all of our needs. TV worked well. Heating the unit wasn't an issue. We were comfortable. I would recommend keeping it at 68 or below for sleeping comfortably. Refrigerator worked well. The place was very clean. If I were to request any improvements it would be to have baby gate, high chair, and crib available. It was a lot of work to bring all that stuff! But maybe they have an issue with liability if they provide that. We could hear the neighbors in the condo next door, but nothing was too loud to keep us awake. We would consider renting here again. The setting was tranquil, everything so pretty covered with snow.
