Nothing works and the management company doesn’t care.

When we arrive one bedroom had no working lights or electricity. It took them more than 24 hours to get it fixed. The dishwasher works sporadically we had to wash the dishes by hand. The cable tv did not work. The dryer did not work. The management company is very unconcerned. They kept saying they were not a hotel and they had 200 homes to manage so they were doing the best they could. If I were the owner I would look for a new management company. They are a terrible representation of your property.

Family vacation

We loved the area. The modern kitchen was great and will supplied with cooking utensils. The first floor mattresses were bad. One of the queen mattresses sunk to the middle and was very uncomfortable. There were no garage door openers. We contacted the manager regarding this but they were unable to get us replacements during our 3 day stay. We loved the space for our family. Plenty of seating for meals. Many of the window covering (shades) did not function well.

Family ski trip

This house fit what we need for our two family ski trip. Fit our 9 people just fine. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated, and kitchen was well stocked with everything we need to make meals. Location is great for Keystone, but also Breckenridge and other resorts. The lower level does get a bit chilly, but the upstairs was pretty toasty. Plenty of parking and easy to run into Dillon for supplies. Communication with the property management was quick and responsive.

Cozy Home

Home is old but the upgraded restrooms were great as well as kitchen. Rooms do not have a TV only the living room. Deck is nice and the views were nice. Would rent again.

Roomy and Clean

Although some upgrades are in progress, that did not keep us from enjoying our stay. The kitchen was quite nice, the dining table size was great for our 12 member family.

Great family time

We had a multiple family Colorado trip planned. We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. Lots of beds and bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen seemed to be recently remodeled. We were specifically looking for a fire pit for a memorial time for a family member who recently passed away, this place met all our needs and more. The area was beautiful and we did a few small hikes that were beautiful along a small stream.

Recent stay

It was a wonderful house, owners may want to mention how some rooms are in the middle of updating, mostly bathrooms. The updates are great, hang a mirror in all bathrooms though 👍. We had to call about wasps in the house, I would spray before next guests arrive. The on-site management team was great and did what they could quickly. It’s a great house and we will come back to the location again!! The community pool was wonderful and the hiking right from the house was perfect!!

Working weekend

Lovely place to host a group of adults that don't want to share rooms. 5 adults stayed here very comfortably. We were putting together a strategic plan, and it was the right combination of spaces.

Wonderful mountain getaway with friends

Our group of 70 year old lifelong friends enjoyed our stay very much. Our accommodations were very nice, clean and had great bed linens and beds. Very comfortable and we will definitely recommend to other friends. An A+ experience

The property/house is old but everything is/was working just fine. We did have a small issue with the refrigerator, called property mgmt and they took care of it. This worked well for the amount of people we had, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas!

Perfect for groups!

This property is set up so that groups can hang out together and enjoy common spaces but also find space to relax! The location was great and had an easy 15 minute walk to the convention center! We hope to use it for future workshop groups!

Falling apart

The house is set up great for multiple families and a close walk to the pool. However it was literally falling apart- a bay window was broken and exposed to the outside, the dining table too was scraped off in parts and about to break in other parts. Floor trim was broken off and drains were plugged. We contacted the property management three times and they said each time they would send someone immediately. No one ever arrived. Disappointed that for the price and claims of excellent service we were left with no help at all.

Winter trip

One good thing the house was large however the property was dated and not in good repair. The drive way was almost impossible for a rear wheel drive car I would not recommend it for a winter trip unless you have four wheel drive. It appears they are in the process of remodeling most bathrooms and kitchen were new fixtures. It served it purpose for us however it was overpriced for the facility.

Spring Break Getaway

Property was well represented on the website. Proximity to Keystone resort a huge plus. Property is rustic but that’s what you’d expect in this location. Took full advantage of the kitchen. Took a few days to figure out how to cool the house a little at night (those baseboard heaters definitely work). Overall, a great experience and one I would recommend. Great option for large groups.

Our 5 day Stay

The unit was a clean, spacious, partially upgraded, nice kitchen, but drafty in the downstairs living room, ran out of TP, ran out of wood, and there was low water pressure in the downstairs bathroom near the door. Overall we still had a nice experience and a fun time with our group.

Nice house for big group

Great location to Keystone with easy shuttle access. Easy check in and check out instructions. Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. Only downfall are the walls are thin so you hear everything. But I would definitely stay again.

Very spacious living room and kitchen. Worked well for our group!

The property itself just needs some love. Very outdated and drafty. Hard to keep the temperature at a decent level. 69 was about as warm as we could get it at night. Fireplace creates a lot of smoke throughout the house especially in the room behind the fireplace.
