Spacious Townhome

This townhome worked perfectly for our family of 4 and 3 friends. It was walkable to the ski lift/gondola and the River Run village where we were able to meet up with friends for meals and get our ski rentals.

Ski trip

Check I procedure was very easy and convenient. We skied multiple mountains and location provided easy access. Accommodations were very nice.

Made the best of the trip but Keystone skiing was closed!

Walking distance from lifts, great spa facilities (pool, hot tub, steam room), pool table -- all these things make comfortable to stay with many teenagers. We also loved that one master bed room was located at the separate floor, away from the rest rooms.

Nice place, process isn’t easy

No early check in or extended check out. Made it difficult with little kids. Checkin is weird, at another location. Place was nice, but directions made it hard to find. Impersonal management company.

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and while it is nice unit, it needs to be updated as the shades are awful and screens keep falling out of windows which have to be up and down due to heat/cold. Also, the baseboard heater in the Master will not shut off.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect spot for a ski vacation. Easy walk to the main lifts and city center. 5 minutes at most. VERY nice tv's with the ability to watch your desired streaming service. Good dishes and kitchen setup. Great to have 3 bathrooms with the three bedrooms. And the bunk room is perfect for kids.Only issues we had were that two of the hair dryers didn't work and the fire place wouldn't turnoff sometimes. Otherwise, perfect!

Family vacation

There were enough plates, cups, utensils, towels, and hangers for 9 people including 3 kids. Check in was easy and wifi was working great. One of the gas burner was not working and one of the blinds in the main sitting area was broken so we could get enough natural sunlight! Also there was no wall clock, which is not a big deal, but we wished there was one. Water pressure on the top level was pretty low so it took some time to take a shower. Outdoor Hot tub/ swimming pool was so full when we swung by so we were not able to use. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great home away from home

We enjoyed this property during a recent ski trip to Keystone. There was plenty of room for our group of two adults and two teenagers. It was nice to have the space on the first floor to leave boots and gear. The kitchen was big and well equipped, loved the gas stove. It was nice to have a huge TVs and fireplace in the living room. It did seem warm in the condo at night, but there are fans in the closets that could be used. Master suite on the third floor was spacious. It was quite a walk between condo and the hot tub/pool, but there is a restroom at the pool and you can change back into clothes during the cold weather to walk back to the condo. We did have to shovel out snow from the parking space for the condo for our unit so a shovel might not be a bad idea.

Not our best experience with Summit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed numerous times in summit properties and been very happy, but sadly this stay was very disappointing. The Stove/oven never worked after complaining numerous times 10 hours later they gave us a lighter as the fix to the problem and said one should have me been in the unit. Apparently having an actual functioning stove/oven for the price was not an option. The bathrooms had mold in the showers and no shampoo in any bathroom just conditioner and body lotion in the showers. The towels were old and small..Carpets are ripped in many places. Location was nice and the until was well stocked if you were actually able to cook any food.on the stove. To be clear the property issues were more with the management of the property and not the townhome itself. I would also add everyone I spoke to was nice and wanted to help but guessing they are just understaffed. Lastly I would just say if you are under staffed and can’t produce the same quality as you use to then don’t charge high quality rates.

Absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect for walking to the slopes. The view and the amenities were lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and pool in the evenings. Wonderfully decorated and furnished. Top of the line everything. Loved our stay!

We replaced two of the bulbs in the kitchen with bulbs with more lumens so we could see but rest was good. Property Management people were the best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was a perfect getaway for our family over the long 4th of July weekend. It was quiet, away from much of the crowds and noise. We had our own deck looking up on to the mountain with a grill for barbecuing. Tons of room. 3 bedrooms and 3 separtate baths. The master sweet is on the 2nd floor. And one of the rooms has bunkbeds (one set of them seems to be a queen size). The pool is small and the Jacuzzis are small. So we didn't spend as much time over there. But we plan on coming back. Easy access and very comfortable.
