Loved our time here

This was place was a perfect stay. It felt very spacious - we had four kids and five adults and we're not cramped at all. They had games, toys and everything you need for a great stay. We recommend this to anyone!

Great stay

The unit was fantastic. Very spacious for a family of five and had everything we needed and items we didn't think to bring. The host was very responsive and ensured our stay went off without a hitch. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in a beautiful home.

Very nice

Great, roomy, clean property! We really enjoyed our stay. Property management very easy to deal with. Private hot tub was a treat. Only two minor issues. 1) The walk to the hot tub was treacherous. I know it’s winter in the mountains, but the snow buildup was uneven and very slippery. 2) Because of the very low quality of the pullout sofa, I think calling the den a sleeping space is very over stated. Luckily we had kids we could put there, but even they complained. Otherwise a wonder stay.

Perfect House for the Six of Us

We were very happy with the house. It was clean, convenient to Keystone, Copper, and A-Basin, and the hot tub was delightful. I would suggest that the owners/managers make the TV system easier to use like having Roku or Apple TV. The place had 5 remotes for one system--yikes! We couldn't really get it to work. Overall, great place and would recommend to anyone.

Great house right by keystone

This house was a fantastic find right by keystone, we easily got to the mountain in just a few minutes. The keypad is a bit difficult to use and we had issues with the tv but the property managers were available almost immediately via text with any problem we had. Kitchen has basic amenities for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable.

Nice Place

Some buddies and I stayed here during a golf trip. It’s a nice, comfortable place and met our needs. The property management company, particularly Damaris, were great to work with. The private hot tub was therapeutic after multiple rounds of golf! The only cons were traffic noise from Montezuma Road when windows were open and the futon in the downstairs, fourth bedroom was not very comfortable for an adult but would probably be fine for kiddos.

Brother and brother-in-laws ski ttip

The ski tip condo was exactly what we wanted at great location really close to Riverrun lifts. The condo had everything we needed with simple check-in and out. Suumit County Retreat Staff were awesome and were very helpful.

Incredible place & location!!

Some friends and I spent the week up in keystone at this wonderful townhome that met our expectations and then some! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we loved playing games at the dining table or hanging by the fireplace in the living room. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable and the place was very clean. We used the hot tub each night after skiing and are still missing it! Will definitely be back, thanks again!!

Wonderful Place to Call Home

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable, ideally located property. Communication with the host was easy and we appreciated all of the supplied items from shampoo and soap to coffee and table settings. While relaxing outside we saw a fox and a few hummingbirds. This was a great place to connect with nature and relax! We would definitely stay again!

Home Away From Home

The VRBO was wonderful! There was an issue with the hot water on the first night which sucked but management sent someone out the very next day and we had no other issues after that. The home was very clean and stocked with the basics needed to prepare meals. It’s location is perfect, not to close to town but not to far as well. It made our first trip to Colorado an amazing one and we will definitely rent again for future trips.

Weekend getaway

We found this property to be an amazing value. The place was very spacious with many different areas for people to settle in. The fireplace and private hot tub were centerpieces of our weekend. We brought our own food For the weekend and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we needed to prep every meal. An overall wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Breathtaking

We loved this property and loved the location. Quiet and secluded and still close to all the action. This property was very well stocked. Our only problem was that upon checkin there was no hot water and no heater...it was chilly enough for the heat to be working. The property management was excellent in getting this fixed. However, they did have to call Keystone maintenance (the responsible party for this) and they would not enter the property due to Covid unless we left for a certain time period. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. I'm not comfortable with complete strangers entering my temporary residence with all my stuff in it. Aside from that frustration we had a fabulous time and will stay here again!
