Amazing home!

Everything in this home is just perfect. Enormous social areas (kitchen, living room and dining room) offers a space in which you can enjoy time with family and friends. Every room has its own full bathroom so is perfect for 4 families with kids of any age. You can’t go wrong staying here. 10/10

Pretty nice place!

We enjoyed our time here. We had a big group of families and enjoyed making meals together. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. The big table was great for dominos and the hot tub was fabulous after a day of skiing. The only complaint was the cleaning was not the best (the showers had mold and mildew) and there were piles of mouse droppings right where you enter the house, but this could happen anywhere, especially since the trash was housed right next to the garage entrance. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great house left unkept.

Great house, lots of space for our family of 9. Every room had bunk beds. Bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of dishes and glasses, short on forks. Sadly the structure of this home had been left unkept. Cob webs everywhere inside and out, leaking windows with water coming inside, televisions and remotes not all working, sliding patio door did not open or close properly. Needs a little TLC before renting again.

Great house for large group

Great property for our ski trip. Plenty of towels, beds, and essentials. The guys had a great time with the space. Did notice a couple of light bulbs were burnt out and some loose door handles. There is also a nail popping out on the hot tub stairs. Would recommend for other large groups in this area. Thanks for letting us use this property!

We had a lovely time. We found some up grading needed in the kitchen. Lots of dishes but pans in need of replacing, better organization of things and time to replace your faucet in the kitchen. A few more basic supplies in bathrooms would be nice and time to upgrade linens and blankets. Home has a great layout and can easily hold a large group of kids and grandkids like our group. Overall I would stay here again but I would know to bring spa towels, more large trash bags, cozier blankets and better cooking supplies. Also tv did not have controller in upstairs room.

THANKSGIVING AT KEYSTONE

THIS HOUSE WAS LARGE AND HAD PLENTY OF SLEEPING SPACE FOR OUR EXTENDED FAMILY. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND THERE WAS A LOT OF SEATING SPACE FOR EVERYONE. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE IF WE COME BACK TO THIS AREA. MANAGEMENT WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.

The property was as described. It was a very spacious home and was perfect for a multi-family vacation. The bunk room was great for teens and all the rooms were very large. The property could use some minor updating and freshening up.

Would happily stay here again.

This is a very large home. The bedrooms are even larger than they look in the pictures. We had 4 couples plus 2 little ones and had room for many more! We loved the large sofas and dining table. The hot tub was awesome. The kitchen was well equipped. The large windows help to enjoy the snowy views. They supplied ample towels.

Great place near Keystone

Had a group of 8 adults staying at the place for a ski vacation. Quick access to Keystone and A-Basin. The place is built for large groups with a substantial number of beds throughout the property, a very large kitchen and living area to support a crowd and a large hot tub. If you're looking to stay on the Dillon side of Summit County - this is a great pick, particularly if you have lots of friends or multiple families to include!

Nice House in a Quiet Neighborhood

The house has 4 good sized bedrooms, with each has its own bathroom, and an additional bed on the second floor (calling it 5th bedroom is a bit misleading). There are plenty of beds that can accommodate more than 20 people people if fully utilized. The house is like what the photos shown, really nice. A friend even flied all the way from Switzerland after seeing the photos, and he was not disappointed. Jumping into the hot tub after skiing is just heavenly. The house is radiation heated, so it's comfortable to walk on the floor even with bare foot. Each bedroom has its own Nest thermostat in addition to the one in the living area. And there is a fireplace on each floor. The 2 car garage is a big plus, especially for snowing days. The house is close to Keystone, but it's about half mile to the closest free shuttle stop. We were joking that we could ski to the bus stop since the road was covered in snow. Breckenridge is less than half hour drive. Vail is about 45 min away if there is no traffic, but it's rarely the case in ski season. There is a grocery store and gas station just outside of the neighborhood, and Dillion is just 10 minutes drive where there are plenty of stores. The property manager Julie was extremely helpful. We arrived 12/23 evening and found the shower water was just lukewarm. Julie responded quickly and found some plumber to come over to fix it. And on 12/25 the hot tub showed a "FLO" error and Julie contacted the hot tub quickly and let us know that it might be the water level was too low so that we could fix it ourselves in short time.

Family getaway

The good: The house location and size was perfect for a large family or multiple families. There are only four bedrooms, but each bedroom had multiple beds. So several families with small children would easily be accommodated. With the new Covid ordinance, restricting occupancy to six, our group of five had ample space. The hot tub was well appreciated after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked for our group of five. But, if you had a large group I think you could easily run short on plates, cups and silverware. There were great seating arrangements, which made movie watching or game-playing very comfortable. The garage was heated, which was great when coming in or going out from a snowy day at the slopes. The not-so-good: When we arrived, the house was set at 60 degrees. It was 15 degrees outside! We arrived around 6pm and with the radiant floor heating in the house, we were freezing most of the evening. The bedroom above the garage was at 57° at bedtime. It would’ve been nice if the management company could’ve turn the heat on before our arrival. Radiant flooring takes a long time to get heated. But, once heated we were toasty the rest of the stay. The hot tub was cloudy when we arrived, so we called for service.. unfortunately it was on a Sunday. We went out skiing on Monday only to return to a 50° hot tub. While we were skiing they had to come to drain and clean the hot tub but didn’t leave a note or let us know. So our first two days were without a usable hot tub, again something the property management should’ve had ready when we arrived. The property could use some cleanup and repair. Upon arrival I sent a photo of the oven because the front was broken off and the the bake button was broke. The upstairs balcony railing was very loose, and if I had small kids I would be worried about their safety. The towels and bedding‘s were clean but it didn’t look like the floors had been scrubbed or any handles on cabinets had been wiped down. There were a lot of grimy surfaces. Carpets were very worn. I expected it to be cleaner, especially during Covid time when extra precautions should be taken. Overall, I think the house is a great location and a great size and could be a lovely place to rent. I think the owner should look into a new management company. They did not seem to pay attention to detail and we’re very difficult to get a hold of when needed. If it was my rental property I would not be happy with the service they provide.

Gorgeous house

My friends, family and I loved the property. It was a great location for skiing multiple mountains (Vail and Keystone) and had plenty of food options as well. The house was set up perfectly for my large groups of friends and still plenty of room for family to room together as well. Also, the hot tub was a life saver after multiple days of skiing from first chair to mountain close! I would definitely stay at this house again And highly recommend for anyone else.
