"There was some type of issue where I didn’t receive my check in instructions and I had to spend an hour or so trying to find out this information. Everyone at Expedia and VRBO was helpful and once the host was involved, she was as well. I typically receive check-in instructions the day prior or morning of check in by email or text. This was not the case here and unsure why it didn’t happen. Even after I spoke to host, VRBO said the instructions were in my inbox but I could not see them, only...

"It was just my 8 year daughter and me (mom) for this trip. The pool and golf cart alone were great perks. We had a late flight so we arrived after midnight but it was no problem. It is in a great area and the house has a lot of room to spread out if needed. I had to work a few days while there and the internet connection was reliable and fast. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day with the rest of the family."

"Great location in downtown Palm Harbor. Walking distance to all the restaurants and night hotspots. Very roomy and secluded off the main drag. Parking is very convenient. Air conditioning is epic! Nice to come back to after a hot afternoon strolling the area. Unit is in a historic Florida building. You get the charm of old Florida but of course with history comes vintage condition. Floors and windows are "authentic" rather than mechanically perfect, but we thought it added to the...

"We absolutely loved our stay at this sparkling clean home! Elaine was a phenomenal host—communication was a breeze and check-in was incredibly easy. Plus, having our pets stay for free made the trip even better! We spent unforgettable quality time together by the perfect pool and fell in love with the peaceful lake, which was teeming with beautiful birds and wildlife. "The home is beautiful however we were not informed that there are people living in the garage that is attached to the home. I feel that this is something I should have been informed of. I was traveling with my teenage daughters and did not feel comfortable with this situation. The listing started nothing about this. Instead it claims that there is access to the garage (not true) garage parking available (not true) whole home to ourselves (not true) I also feel like they were purposely trying to...
