"The house is perfect with very good taste, it was also clean, we had some problems with the pool heater but it was solved right away by Jennifer! The place is beautiful not to leave the house there is a lot of fun and tranquility. "

"We were visiting to move our daughter in at University of Tampa. This was perfect location for what we needed- 5 minutes from shops like target and Walmart, 15 min from school. We were able to have some Amazon deliveries to house as well. House is clean and nicely decorated. Pool was great for the two days we had nice weather. Def recommend. "

"This is an older house with all of the memories of my grandmothers house. Comfortable and a place for all of your necessities. The location is awesome and walking is the easier way to get around. Having my pup and my family along made it a fun trip."

"We had the best vacation ever, the house was perfect even better than the pictures, publix is with in walking distance 15-20 from pier 60. It was just perfect. I cooked in the am went to the beach in the afternoon then back home by 7 for dinner it was to wonderful to not cook in the house we didnt eat fast food once. We loved painting the fence and playing all the games. On our last day my son had a migraine and the host accommodated us WayyyAbove and beyond service. We will be back very soon my...

"Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there.
