The entire parking area is protected with security cameras for your protection and other guests. When you arrive you have 15 minutes to decide if the unit is acceptable for your stay. There is NO PARTIES , there is noise ordinance after 9pm outside. No more than 5 people max. NO REFUNDS , there is $50 pet fee that you will see when you add pet to reservation.
