Perfect location!

This community is quiet and located in the perfect location! This property owner has thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need for your stay. The decor is perfect, the beds are comfortable and this cottage is welcoming. It was the perfect home to return to and relax after long days at the beach, shopping and site seeing. We will definitely be returning and recommending this property to friends and family.

The townhouse was gorgeous and spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked so we could cook. The grounds felt like being in an oasis, with beautiful gardens and the pool. It was ideally situated, close to restaurants and the water. Everything was within walking or biking distance.

Excellent Stay

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a vacation rental company. Being in Real Estate myself, it was great to see a company that was so professional, communicative and the property was extremely clean. The community was very quiet and in a great location. Key West Perfect Stay

Great stay at Villa Cubana in Key West. Location was perfect for us, not too close to Duvall, but close enough, near CVS, restaurants, the Trolley stand, scooter golf cart rentals, and more. Very professional and responsive team, especially Alena, Charlie, and Daniel, spacious Key West decorated accommodations, nice pool and seating in sun and shade, full kitchen and outdoor grill, laundry room, decks, patio, and more. This rental was perfect, nothing was left for us to do except eat, drink, play, and have fun! We highly recommend Villa #5 for anyone looking for the fun of Key West but also wants but the privacy of a private peaceful home. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Old Key West

Very clean and neat. Everything we needed for our stay. This was our second visit to Villa Cubana. Our stay couldn’t have been nicer except for some construction noise from time to time. We love the location.

Amazing experience

We had an incredible time in Key West, and our stay at Villa Cubana was wonderful. The home was fully stocked, provided plenty of room for my husband and I, and our two teens. Ksenia was amazing, and the key lime pie left for us was fantastic. Highly recommend, and will stay/book with Last Key for all future trips!

Beautiful home!

The townhouse is absolutely beautiful with everything you could need. The pool and grounds are also beautiful. Location is great and within walking distance to everything. Ksenia from Last Key Realty was wonderful! She met us at the unit and showed us around. She also left us a delicious key lime pie. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A nice break

This was a last minute booking as our summer plans fell apart. Florida is always our go to / back up place but rather than the usual greater Miami area we decided to do something different and come to Key West. The pros: Lovely well kept spotlessly cleaned up market home In the middle of everything, two blocks from Duval St. with many restaurants, bars etc. Very private and quiet gated enclave of 13 homes. Awesome saltwater pool Well equipped kitchen, lots of kitchenware, Kurig coffee maker etc Loved the complimentary key lime pie Excellent fridge and ice maker Outdoor grill Washer/dryer Last Key employees are fantastic and really helpful Great A/C, ceiling fans King master and two twin second bedroom Cons Very tight parking space (you need a car) If you rent a bike bring a lock as you have to leave them in the bike rack in the parking lot and it could get stolen We found the beds uncomfortable. The master king was lumpy and dipped down where your head goes. My kids beds (18, 26], said their beds were two short. No pool umbrellas Landscaping and pool maintenance company came every day and were very intrusive Our sink and waste disposal blocked up they day we left Definitely for no more than four people Lousy water pressure in the showers Pool beach towels are worn and not really big enough, need proper resort towels. Only 8 Sun loungers We really did have a lovely time, just could not give a five and didn't deserve a three.

Best location in Key West

We had a great stay in Key West largely because of our accommodations. The condo was beautifully appointed and incredibly clean. The property well very well maintained and the pool was clean and inviting. Check in and out was easy--the staff was available and thoughtful throughout our stay. The concierge service helped save us time and energy as they booked our water excursions and stocked our provisions prior to our arrival. The location was perfect, just a block or so off Duval making it easy to walk to the best venues and attractions. We will definitely be back.
