The most beautiful and convenient strategic place to stay in the esp for walking The only thing I wish this place had was a bigger pool or a few more of them as it was small for the amount of people that get to use it.

Great Place to Stay

This condo was clean, well stocked and perfectly located. We had a very small maintenance issue and it was addressed in minutes. I would only be concerned if someone staying here had mobility issues. There are 15 stairs to the 2nd floor and 30 to the 3rd. Other than that caveat we all thought it was great,

This neighborhood is great! Right outside the gates of Truman Park. I have 0 complaints, very clean and easy. I will go back and rent again for sure next year. Also very clean.

I can’t say enough about the friendliness of Key West Reality and their immediate response rate. It could have been cleaner but we found the supplies and didn’t mind cleaning the floors a couple of times throughout the week. Overall I would recommend this home for your family

Can’t wait to go back!

The place was fantastic. Clean, well stocked with essentials. Property was well maintained. The pool was nice. The location was great. We walked everywhere! One issue with the door and management addressed it very quickly. Want to go back!

Lovely townhome in a great location

The home was clean and well-stocked with paper products as well as the much needed coffee, teas, and a wonderful key lime pie! There was an issue with the internet provider which the property manager (Samantha) quickly resolved. It's a lovely home and was very comfortable for our family of 5.

Perfect Location!

Property is just as nice as pictures show online. Very clean, and communication with rental company was great. Very walkable to restaurants, many within 10-15 minute walk. Located on beautiful street. Also very close to Mallory Square and just a short walk to Truman’s Little White House. I would suggest driving or biking to the beach - it’s a bit farther, but there’s plenty of parking available. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Three weeks enjoying beautiful weather in Key West

This condo came well stocked with all the important appliances for making whole pots of coffee, as well as individual k-cups, margaritas, enjoying wine, BBQing and some cooking. The only improvements suggested would be a closet on the 3rd floor bedroom, instead of a clothes rack and better black-out blinds for those of uys wanting to sleep in past sunrise.

Great location!

Awesome property convenient to Old Town and restaurants/bars but surprisingly quiet. Condo was stocked nicely, was clean and beds were comfortable. Concierge service was unexpected benefit and realty company was gracious host and easily accessible. Would rent again.

Fabulous location and incredible guest service

Property was located in the beautiful Truman Annex which was quiet and beautifully manicured. Just a two minute walk from the property was the bustling Duval St. and the heart of Old Key West, inclusive of the Conch Tour Train, Aquarium, Mallory Square, etc. We arrived late in the evening and our guest host ensured a seamless arrival. Property met all of our needs and we would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice for a family get away

The property is very clean and spacious. Just perfect for our family of four. It is located in the Truman Annex and is very close to the Truman Waterfront Park and Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park. It is also within walking distance to Mallory Square and Duval Street. We had a great trip and will likely return!

Excellent location

We enjoyed being in old town, but also enjoyed the quiet aspect of the Truman Annex neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle. We parked our car for the entire week and rode our rented bicycles everywhere!
