House was perfect for our big family to gather and spend time together. Lots of space, hot water, bathrooms, and towels to accommodate our group of 14. Having some yard games available was a nice touch too.

It was better than expected. Clean, well designed, and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend this property. The weather was great as well.

Beautiful Property, Location

This house is amazing and the location is exceptional. You do not need a car, you can easily walk to most places and Ubers/Lyfts are easy to get too. My only complaint would be the service. The management did not respond to phone calls or texts. Check-in was difficult too. Even when the management sent a text, they did not respond to my question. I have stayed at many rental houses before and this is the worst service I have ever received. This is a pricey rental and the service was very disappointing.

Wedding weekend

Our family stayed at this home for a week when our youngest daughter got married in KEY WEST. There could not have been a more perfect place for us to rest, relax and get ready for the wedding. It is a lovely spacious home at the end of Duvall. The home has a spectacular front porch...a wonderful spot where we all would gather for morning coffee and sit and catch up at the end of another gorgeous sunny day in KEY WEST.

Shamrock half marathon and Spring Break

This property exceeded our expectations on every level! It was beautifully decorated inside and out. The management team was so helpful our entire trip and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was awesome. It is close enough to downtown “life” but just far enough away to be able to enjoy quiet time by the pool. Highly recommend this property!

There were 14 of us ranging from us, the 80 year old grandparents, 5 kids and kids-in-law, 3 late teens, 9 year old, 7 year old, 3 year old, and a nanny. Once we figured out how beds were arranged and who was sleeping where, rest was a snap. Dan, our liaison with rental company was great. He called in advance of our arrival to ask about beds arrangements, king or twins; what kind of coffee pods did we want and was there anything else we needed. He proactively made an early check in possible. The home was for the most part perfect for the needs of a group this size. One could come with a toothbrush, toothpaste, swim suit and have everything one needed. Pool with toys for kids and plenty of towels; well equipped kitchen; excellent air conditioning; excellent tvs. Convenient washer/dryer combo. Only drawback was that if you did a lot of marketing of food stuff, there wasn’t sufficient space to store. Also nice to have parking for 2 large cars because parking in Key West difficult.

Great stay at an awesome location

We had 7 couples and everyone had their own room and ensuite bath. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very nice, heated pool was great, we loved hanging on the front porch. Restaurants and shops were within a few feet, very short walk to the popular bars and restaurants and very close to southernmost point. Perfect location!

Family getaway

This house is perfectly located right on Duval Street, making it convenient to restaurants, shopping and beaches. The home was beautiful, the pool warm and it was the perfect setting for our group of 15.

This property was perfect for a large group. We had 7 couples and they all had their own bedroom and bathroom. The feature they liked the best was the temperature control in each space! We had a slight numb initially at check in but that was resolved very quickly! Great management and there for your every need. Space and location was perfect!

Great place great location

This was a perfect place for our family of 12 adults and two infants. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook in every morning, plenty of towels, and the backyard was a great hangout place and the pool was heated perfectly. We rented golf carts, but it was easily walkable being on Devaul Street around so many shops and restaurants. Would definitely return

Great Place for Big Groups

We went for our ten year wedding anniversary.. had a group of 6 couples. Wow what a great house! It’s right on Duval but if you are here to party or bar hop, you will for sure need to rent a golf cart since It’s on the quiet end of Duval. It’s quick walk to the southernmost point which was great. The bathrooms for every bedroom was fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the pool even though since we went in August it wasn’t too refreshing. Really enjoyed our stay. They were able to check us in early which was very appreciated. We will be back!

Perfect house for large group - 10am check-out is aggressive

The property was wonderful - exactly as shown in photos and we had a great time. My complaint is the 10am check out. The property manager comes into the house at 10am "on the dot" to begin check out. Daylight savings time just so happened to occur on our weekend, plus several guests were from Chicago (central time). We were given no grace by Greg as he asked all 14 of us abruptly to exit the house and move ourselves and our luggage to the porch. Aside from the check-out experience being stressful and putting a damper on the weekend as a whole, all other amenities were wonderful.
