Great location

Perfect space for our family of 5. Quick walk to all the action. Beds were a little uncomfortable but would definitely stay again.

Spring Break Parrott Perch

Property felt very spacious. We had 3 teenagers and 2 adults and felt like we had plenty of personal space. The condo was safe, clean, located within walking distance of all hot spots and beaches. It was stocked with necessities and there were grocery stores within walking distance. It was a great place. Would stay again

We really enjoyed staying here. We liked the island/beach home feel. The area was also very nice and quiet. Only minutes away of walking to Mallory square, Fort Zachary state park beach. Would strongly recommend renting a bike or scooter. Golf carts are also an option which really helps going around and have better parking options. The only 2 things that I could recommend or suggest is that the mattress could be upgraded, it wasn’t very comfortable. Having a bad/uncomfortable mattress kinda negatively affected the stay. I’m that type of person that need a good rest so will be ready for the next day feeling all energized. More hangers would be very convenient as well. I still gave it a 5 star rating just bc my family and I really enjoyed staying here and felt bad leaving and ending our summer vacay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking was handled very well. the location is great, walkable distance to many restaurants and attractions. Walkable to Zachary Taylor Beach which is great. The unit was shabby, furniture very beat up, unit looks like it has never been painted since built, decor tacky- posters thumbtacked to the wall. I have stayed in similar units for same price and they were much more appealing. pool small for such a large complex.Floor was not clean, soap on bathroom wall by sink.

Great Location

The property was downtown within walking distance of the downtown activities and water excursions. Gated community and one parking space. Property size was good for 4 persons as a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Only complaint was some of the furniture. Dressers in the bedrooms were old/smelled and many drawers didn’t work properly so we chose not to put our clothes in them and very few hangers were provided in the closet. Beds were comfortable and we had everything needed in the kitchen other than a large fry pan. Balcony was great. Very nice property. Would rent again for sure but would bring some hangers :)

Nice location

The location is excellent, the condo setup is nice. Our only complaint is that the floors were quite dirty and there was laundry in both the washer and dryer left from housekeeping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The parrot perch Condo was in a great location To be able to walk into town and hit all of the great restaurants bars and shopping. It has a cute deck to have your morning coffee or afternoon drinks and watch the planes fly over. At home of Key West was easy to deal with. The beds could use some updating- they’re not very comfortable and the TV situation is a less than basic cable package, which was disappointing... we couldn’t even watch Monday night football. The master bedroom TV did not even work. It wouldn’t take much to upgrade the TVs and the cable package and maybe get some new mattresses then it would be five stars!

Great experience with At Home in Key West

Our contact at At Home Key West, Lida, was wonderful and communicated with us the whole way, from beginning to end. She explained everything and when we had questions - responded quickly. The Condo was perfect for the five of us - much better and more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The unit was clean, with a nice balcony and the air conditioning was great The location was amazing! Duval street was two blocks away. Fort Zachary Taylor beach was a 20 minute walk. Mallory square was also a 10-15 minute walk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Parrot Perch was located in easy walking distance to everywhere you want to be in Key West. It was very clean and everything was in good working order. The grounds were well maintained as well. We did a lot during our stay such as the Little White House tour, Butterfly Conservatory, walking Duval st., walking to Malory Square and other museums. We had a rental car so having our assigned parking location was great. The pool was a little small but for just soaking and chatting with other guests it was very nice. we used the kitchen quite a lot which saved us money. My only issue with the kitchen was not having sharp knives. The Hide-a-bed needs to be replaced with a more comfortable upgraded unit and the mattresses were ok in the master bed. Other than those few things the unit was great!I would highly recommend this unit for a small family of 4 or 5.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented in the Truman Annex several times, the experiences have been similar. I like that it's quiet and in close proximity to Duval St makes walking where you want to go easy. The one thing I dislike is having only one parking spot.Some issues with the unit we had was thr bathroom fixtures, especially the master bath shower were very difficult to manipulate. In addition, the shower stall itself was tiny. I had to turn off the shower in order to soap up.

Great Location to everything

The property was nice and close to everything. It was fun to enjoy the liveliness of Duval Street only a couple blocks away and then return to a quiet place to relax.

Nice property and location

This is a nice property for two couples to share or a family. It is in a convenient location and was clean and stocked well with kitchen utensils, etc. The only big complaint I have is that the master bed is very uncomfortable. For a luxury-priced rental I would expect a better mattress and bedding. In spite of the uncomfortable bed we really enjoyed our stay.
