We stayed at Phoebe’s Paradise for a Month and it was just like the name implies, Paradise! Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home! The Host Barbara was extremely responsive and so nice and provided us with places to eat on the Island and answered a few questions I had before check in which was fantastic and nothing else was needed! The Beautiful Pool is literally right out the back fenced in yard and there is a Grill to enjoy! We Loved the Location and didn’t have any problems with parking down in Key West while we were there! Definitely take the Honest Eco Snorkeling, Sandbar, & Sunset Tour as it’s a little bit more but they take way smaller groups so ours had only 10 of us including the Captain and Helper and felt like we were on our own! Also, go to Dry Tortugas National Park on the Ferry or you can do the Sea Plane for a little more per person! The Ferry provides a small breakfast and you get lunch and snorkeling equipment is provided at no additional charge and they do have other options available at the snack bar as well as Souvenirs and a Visitor Center available there too! Lots of History about the Fort and the Best Views! Book Early! Favorite Restaurants were Hogfish Lobster Roll, Sandy’s Cafe Cuban Mix & Horchata, Key West Cuban Coffee Chai Vanilla Latte, Mr Z’s Pizza, & The Breakfast Club Too for the Pancake Charcuterie Board! Thanks again Barbara as we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to visiting again in the Future!

Little Touch of Heaven

This is our 4th year in this wonderful home, the owners are so attentive to everything in & outside the home. Great neighborhood,pool just beyond the back gate. Lushness of tropical setting everywhere. Newly remodeled bath, outside shower make it even nicer every year. This was a respite stay this year,so badly needed. And what we desired was here. This will always be the location for us, let the Sunshine lead you here too.

Three Times is the Charm!

Another wonderful vacation at Phoebe’s Paradise! This our 3rd stay here, the owners are wonderful! Charming is a great description of their home. Always adding new features to home. The resort itself is a safe & secure location. Easily accessible to all the wonders Key West offers. Already planning our stay for next year!

Key West Golf Course Townhouse

We loved this area. Quiet and beautiful. Pool is a highlight. Just the right distance from Duvall for us. Absolutely 100% great communication with owners.

Great accomodations, perfect location!

At first, we were a bit skeptical about being on Stock Island vs being in Key West proper. But we are SO HAPPY that we were there. It was so easy to just kick back and relax at our condo and by the pool without the carnival atmosphere in Key West around the clock. Yet. We could still go into town 15 minutes away to enjoy the spectacle of it all. And, we discovered some amazing hidden gems on Stock Island itself. None of this would have been nearly as enjoyable, however, if it weren't for Barbara. Our incredible host. She was so easy to communicate with and so responsive! We felt absolutely at ease with no worries at all, which is what the Keys are all about! Thanks Barbara! You made my Sabbatical a time to look back on with gratitude.

PLAYTIME in PARADISE!

Cozy home in lush beauty! The fresh new features have made this vacation stay even better than last year @ Phoebe’s Paradise! Been coming to Key West for 9 years and we both believe this was our best vacation ever! The owner Barbara & spouse have tried to open this adorable home for their renters comfort @ every level,from great beach towel supply to wonderful AC in regular 83-86 temps! We’ll be back in 2024 and many more !

First of the location is wonderful for us! So relaxing & lush surroundings…… like a tropical island! The house is perfect vacation size, allows company/friends but 2 bedrooms keep it very personal. The wonderful 4 porches bring outside in every beautiful day in this lovely key west home, warm southern sun in morning and shade & gentle breeze to read in the man-size hammock off the master bedroom. Bedroom very comfortable. Strong shower w/ hot water to enjoy after a day of shopping on Duval! Full size washer & dryer made our months stay simple & easy. So easy we’re staying longer next year! The best for last, the owner. I’ve renting in KW for 8 years and Barbara is one the most thoughtful owner we’ve known. She tries to have it wrapped up & ready to a drink as soon as you get there……Thx U Barb, see U in Feb 23’

A true paradise!

This little paradise was a perfect tropical retreat for us! Gorgeous, clean, friendly neighbourhood in a park like setting! Clean large heated pool, located a couple of steps away!! We appreciated being in just 15 min of drive to Key West downtown with great bars and restaurants, beaches and shops! And it was nice to come “home” to a peace and quiet after a day of high energy town! Barbara’s townhouse is a little gem! It has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. A good bed is important for us and we were not disappointed! Thank you, Barbara for being a perfect hostess! ❤️

We really enjoyed our month! Great location near Key West but quiet and secure. Pool just a short walk. Everyone we met were really nice. Good communications with owner. Would recommend it and probably will visit again.

Can't wait to stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this townhome and the neighborhood. It was much nicer than expected. There was plenty of room and plenty of amenities. The decor of this townhome was very well done and very reflective of the beach and life on Key West. I had a minor problem with the garbage disposal and Barbara had someone out that day that replaced it, at my convenience. There are 4 porches and each set to spend the day, or night on. Pool was great. This is a gated community which definitely made me feel safe being in an unfamiliar location. I viewed this as my home for my months time being there. I would definity stay here again.

Working From Paradise

Y'all, I had never been to Key West and knew very little about it. I randomly came across Phoebe's Paradise on VRBO and just booked it! I have 0 regrets! I spent 2 months working (and playing) from "home" and really felt like home. The property is beautiful, safe, and friendly! It's tucked away minutes from several local hangouts, 8-10 minutes from the airport, 15-20 minutes to Duvall - it was the perfect balance of quiet & entertainment while I worked during the week and explored on the weekends. The townhome itself was well kept, great layout and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in / check-out was super easy but, most of all, Barbara was THE BEST host. She was super responsive to all my questions (first time renting my own VRBO), and let me tell you, I have a lot of questions. She was friendly and respectful and even loved my dog! Highly recommend Key West for your next adventure, specifically Pheobe's Paradise! You won't regret it!

Wonderful stay in Key West!

We had a great stay at Phoebe's Paradise! The pool is steps from the backyard, which has a grill and a great covered patio to sit on (just don't forget bug spray!!). Barbara was always available for communication, and was so kind. The king bed was great and comfortable in the master bed, and while the double was a little small for our guests in the other bedroom, it was very comfortable, and they enjoyed the TV in there! The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring it with our dog. The internet was great for telework, and we enjoyed the big smart TV in the living room! We would have enjoyed a little bit more pantry space in the kitchen as we cooked in a lot and had to get creative on where we stored food, but the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We would stay again!

The house is immaculate and tranquil! The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Wonderful as expected. I felt very relaxed for the entire month of my stay and had only good experiences. What makes it even better is the property manager (could be the owner) is informative and responsive, maintained great communication. Thanks Barbara!

Simply perfect

If you are considering staying in Key West and want to be in a beautiful home, in a gorgeous neighborhood with lovely people around, then look no further. We booked our stay here back in June 2020 and spent many months looking forward to it (anticipation is a wonderful thing). We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived at Phoebe's Paradise, we knew we had made the right choice. The house is just lovely. It felt like home from day one. We loved the lower deck overlooking the patio (there are another two to choose from) and spent many an hour out there relaxing and remote working. We adored the neighborhood - so pretty and safe (24 hour security). We enjoyed chatting to the friendly neighbors - a fantastic cast of characters. In short, we pretended it was our permanent home. Barbara is a wonderful host. She gifted us some sunscreen and lip balm (a higher end brand I might add) and was a great communicator both before, during and after our stay. We felt very supported by her. My one sore spot - leaving. As much as I love my home in Michigan, it was a big wrench waving goodbye to paradise. I encourage anyone interested to make the jump and stay here for a while. You'll be comfy, warm year round, have plenty of great restaurants to choose from (might I recommend Roostica, a nearby Italian restaurant) and easy access to the heart of Key West. You won't regret it - you'll want to move there permanently! Thank you for a wonderful stay xx

Key West Oasis

Phoebe's Paradise had absolutely everything we needed! The location of this townhouse was ideal - right near the gorgeous pool area. The golf community neighborhood provides a quiet refuge from the hubbub of Key West (though it's much quieter than usual w/o the cruise ships these days) , while also being close enough to the attractions in Key West and an easy starting point for exploring the other keys up Hwy 1. A great escape. Thanks Barbara for all your thoughtful touches!

Beautiful & Welcoming Townhouse

We loved Phoebe's Paradise! It is absolutely lovely - high quality furnishings in and out, beautiful linens, a fine kitchen with lots of light and color throughout with many thoughtful touches. Sitting on the back porches surrounded by the lush landscaping and overlooking the pool was a dream. You can't walk to much from here but walking through the area is lovely. We would definitely return to Phoebe's Paradise!
