Family Birthday celebration.

The property, location and dock are great. Our 11 year old grandson loved fishing off the dock. The adults enjoyed the location, quiet but easy to get everywhere. Also, the house is big enough for 6 adults (3 families) and the grandchild. The only improvement I would suggest is that the kitchen could be a little better equipped.

Paradise

The house was amazing, nice view of marina. Not too busy with boat traffic. Pool and backyard courtyard was private and beautiful. Felt like an oasis. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit too far to walk to Duval due to heat but no problem with golf cart or bike. Parking in town is expensive and hard to find. Ubers are expensive. Living room was spacious and well appointed. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. It would have been nice to have elevator working on move in and move out day for luggage but there is a significant fee to open it so be prepared to carry your luggage up many stairs. Ping pong in basement was fun addition. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles if one goes in garage. Very quiet neighborhood although we didn’t have anyone staying in the surrounding houses. Dock was fun to hang out on and fish from, We saw manatees and nurse sharks from it. I hope to return soon!

Key West 45th Anniversary Vacation

It was awesome. Close to everything our family of 10 wanted to do. The house was big enough for our 3 families so that we did not get in each other's space. Staff was awesome to work with: both Doug and Alisa. They helped with bed arrangements and booking our activites and transportation. Alisa directed us to some awesome attractions. Would highly recommend this property to a group of 3 families. When we return to Key West again we will book our stay with Key west Vacation Homes.

Best spot for a girls trip

This property was perfect for our group of 8. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sunrises on the water. The well equipped kitchen and large family/dining area were much appreciated. Very comfortable, super clean and highly recommended!

Pictures don’t do this justice!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and roomy this condo is! I don’t think the pictures show how nice it truly is. Also, although it is in an “association”, each unit is very private! We would definitely return!

Great for a group

We had a great time, excellent communication, the house was very clean and comfortable. 20 mins walk / 3 mins taxi to Duval St and all the main areas. The pool was small and it'll be great if there could be more lights to use it at night but overall it was great. Thanks again for having us!

Bayview Retreat

We loved our stay at Bayview Resort. The house we clean and well appointed. The pool was great and the heated aspect was fantastic during the chilly January nights. The rooms we large and had plenty of room to set up your luggage and prepare. We were a group of 8 adults, one in each bed. The single beds were a bit small and an upgrade in size would still work in the huge "bunkhouse style" loft. The only thing that we looked for and could not find was a lighter (we could not get the grill to light) and paper/pencil. We could have used that. Working with the management company was great and easy. The helped us with our luggage after check-out and responded to my questions. If you have a 'larger' group in Key West this is a great place to stay. If you want to rent a boat, you are in a great spot and even have your own dock. Location - we were on the bay side and it is 'off the beaten path'. In Key West, "off the beaten path' is still a 15-20 minute walk to duval and an easy 3 minute golf cart ride to the action.
