The view is as pictured. While small, the pool was fine.We could have used a few things in the kitchen-Dawn like dish soap, paring knife, microwaveable dishes(loaf pan was only one), and vegetable peeler.Appliances were top of the line.

Overall we had a great stay. Condo is in a great location and we enjoyed the dock and the pool and how quiet the area was surrounding the condo. The condo is showing signs of wear inside like broken stools etc; but overall well kept and clean! We were a little caught off guard with the elevator. We were traveling with my husband’s grandfather who has difficulty with stairs. The listing advertises an elevator however upon our arrival we were told there was an additional fee of 150 to turn it on and if they had to come back to service it again there would be another charge. With that said we had no issues with it once turned on but just wished that was advertised up front and they were very quick to come and turn it on for us!

Boating trip in the keys

House was in a perfect location . Great views. Close to all the action , but quiet if you wanted to sit and enjoy the harbor veiw.We rented a boat and the dock at the house was perfect

Great location and timely responses

We all liked layout with enough space to spread out. Location is great. Pool, though small was enjoyed by all.House is showing signs of wear, with wobbling table and stools, worn stair treads, etc. We had 2 maintenance issues while we’re there and staff responded within 15 minutes, very good.

Great Stay Key West

If you have a large group this is the perfect place for you. We stayed here with 10 people andIt was great. Far from downtown but easy enough to Uber to Duval when needed. The business side of the VRBO is a little annoying because any early check in or check out costs additional money, but otherwise; would recommend to others.

Key West Get Away

My husband and I stayed at this lovely three-story home with two other couples. The home is well furnished and well stocked and immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor deck and pool area for cocktails, playing cards or just relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

Weeklong stay for New Years

Island Chic was a very nice stay…hoping for a place for some sunning but because of the direction it faces that was not really possible for the majority of the day. Everything offered was available . We used a car to drive down to Duval, but we should have rented bikes on day 1 and not dealt with parking downtown each day.

A Fantasy Fest Retreat

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The unit was impeccably clean and offered stunning views of the Garrison Bight, perfect for spotting marine life. Quaint and Beautiful Views

We loved our stay here in Key West! The communication was great, responsive and reliable. The listing was very accurate. We did have some trouble with the WiFi but nothing terrible that we couldn’t deal with. Pool is pretty covered by trees but the dock makes it so nice to sit out on for the sunrise. Good location, only 10 minute drive to Duval.

Great place, would stay again!

Excellent property and we would definitely stay here again! Located in a quiet residential area next to a marina. Not exactly a prefered walk to downtown for us but we knew that before booking this property. Very short drive or Uber ride to just about anything you'd like to visit. Plenty of room in this property and the pool was a plus!! Very easy check in and check out, thank you for the excellent hospitality!!

Annual Key West Vaccination with 30 years experience

Great location and property. Management company was very helpful and responsive. I would give them 5 stars for communication. The property needs some minor repairs by someone who pays attention to detail.. the light over the stove doesn’t work and the stove fan barely works. I would say the biggest issue is the air conditioning in the queen bedroom on the second floor is basically non existent. With that being said the unit is awesome as a two bedroom.

Beautiful home

This house was perfect for our family get together. Very spacious and immaculate. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, pool towels too. The kitchen is high end with lots of cooking items if you want to eat in. Even had dog bowls and a ball for your furry family member. Pool area is very nice. It was about a 15 minute walk to Duval Street area. Highly recommend.

Perfect family home in paradise.

This home was just great for our family vacation with our adult children. Each couple was able to have a bedroom with on suite. Living area and kitchen was beautiful and large. Location had beautiful water views and ideal for fishing. Downtown duval street was a short Uber ride or one mile walk. We would definitely stay here Again in the future.
