FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY

Terrific location steps away from the most excellent Rum Bar, and yet a quiet oasis. Charming cottage with a spa like heated pool surrounded by lush trees and orchids. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and well appointed kitchen. The Bahama House exceeded expectations. Will return.

Pretty, but overpriced

The house is located in the middle of Kest West, next to Duval Street, a very comfortable walking distance to almost everything. Even though it is close to the nightlife, it is quiet, in a nice small street adjacent ot Duval. The pool in the backyard is a bonus. The garden is small but lovely and well planted with exotic plants. The house is well equipped with everything you need. It is a bit outdated though. The furniture is a little run-down, not a problem, but still surprising for the high price. Both the house and the cottage had a strange smell of ammonia, a bit like urine. Not highly problematic, but unpleasant. Probably some old furniture or textiles that had got wet. The cottage bed was not very comfortable with a sagging mattress. As the rental is extremely expensive, this is somewhat surprising. Overall the house is pretty and in a good neighbourhood, but far too expensive for the quality provided.

Great property right off the main drag in Key West. Quiet and cute, This was a perfect property for three individuals (or three couples). Amenities were nice, everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The property manager was clear in their communication, and we have nothing but good things to say.

Just Right!

We had an amazing time. It’s was within walking distance to most places and even though it’s close to the main drag. It’s fairly quiet. I would go back again.

Girls Weekend Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was clean and spacious enough for 7 women to sleep comfortably and with enough bathrooms. The guest cottage house was also really cute. The location of the house was perfect and close to everywhere we wanted to go. If you need to hold your luggage somewhere if you arrive too early, call the Key West Vacasa office (as opposed to the general Vacasa office because they were unaware of a place to store luggage). Be on the lookout for iguanas in the trees over the pool - they don't bother you, it's just fun to try and spot them =) Also, the pool being in the shade of the trees was nice because it was very hot in Key West in August. We would definitely stay here again!

Adorable cottage with amazing pool and amenities. Easy to get in touch with someone if you need them. Very clean and looks brand new. Would definitely stay here again. So close to everything

The house was lovely. Only complaint is poor air conditioning. Maintenance did come and add a portable ac unit. That helped some but afternoons were 78 to 81 degrees.

Great location Comfortable house

Great location. Quiet but steps from Duval. As pictured on VRBO but maybe smaller than it looks online. Be aware that 1 bedroom is en-suite but the second bedroom bathroom is off the kitchen. Cottage was delightful and private. Loved the outdoor deck and pool with waterfall. Hard to swim in because the surrounding greenery keeps falling into the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

great spot right off duval

came here with a group of 7 for a bachelorette party. absolutely awesome property. close to everything but also super quiet and quaint. amazing key west charm. pool oasis in the back was everything you need to relax and regroup before hitting the town in the evenings! could not recommend more!

Great location

The location was great. Communication with property manager was disappointing. Took several days to get a response. When trying to call I was on the phone for 20 minutes and didn’t really get a response to my concern. I have stayed at other VRBO properties and this one lacked appointments. No coffee filters. No storage containers. No baggies. It was disappointing when you have a 3 bedroom place to have to spend so much money on little extras that other owners include. Very strict with check in and check out times.

Amazing!!!

My family and I were very impressed with everything about the house. It is beautiful and would definitely live to stay here again. My kids loved the pool and I was completely blown away with the landscaping, gorgeous. The location is great, easy access to lots of fun.
