Location was perfect!House was great!Beware there is only ONE parking space and small at that. If you have more than one, don’t count on finding a parking space. You’ll have to pay to park. Could use a deep clean, update on paint. Bloody towels left on towel bar - reported no communication back. Drier on site but cuts off when it gets to hot and takes multiple cycles to dry. Loud neighbors kept us up the last night until 2:40 am. Contacted our concierge multiple times with no return text or call to EVER acknowledge. Had to call KWPD and didn’t have anymore issues. Very quick to text about rules etc but doesn’t respond when you have issues.

Not all the hype!!

Photos replayed are not the way it looks when you arrive. Wall damage to the living room - railing to stairs is a mess and needs painted. Black mold on both upstairs walls - dryer stopped working after 2 days and no one came to fix it. Ice maker doesn’t work right and also needs a filter change. Down stairs bathroom towel and toilet paper holder broken when arrived. Had a later check out and came back to the code being changed and locked out. Had a strange man walk in with my teenage daughters in the pool unannounced. Overall very disappointed in the amount of money paid to stay and the actual conditions.

This was a great property in a great location. The house had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed the pool each evening. Even though we were right off Duval Street it was very quiet at the house.The property managers were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed.The parking space provided is very tight so you won't want to have a large car in the spot. We had a Pathfinder and it fit.We would definitely come back to this house.The

This hidden gem is just steps away from Duval, the pool is lovely and the configuration of the rooms was perfect for our group. The property manager was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location

Had a great time! Our first visit and we had 9 adults ranging from 50-61. The location was awesome, 1/2 block to Duval St. The pool came in handy with the heat and humidity. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property was perfect. Fenced in backyard with a smaller pool. Big enough for 6/8. Location great. Longest walk was 10 minutes to everything you plan on viewing.

Great Location

Half a block off Duvall St. in the middle of Old Town. Walking distance to everything. House was very clean. Beds were comfy. Pool was nice though the water was very warm. Kitchen has all the essentials. Most bathrooms have no counter space. A few cosmetic things could use a refresh, but overall it’s a nice house.

hidden treasure

we have stayed at a few places in Key West and this was the best. Great layout, great location and very clean. You will not be able to park an SUV in the space, but they were upfront about that. We found a free spot on the street a few blocks away and could walk to most places. we rented a golf cart for a day to see what we couldn't walk too.
