Great place to stay right on duval street pretty much. Property management is great they met us right at the house when we checked in showed us all around. House was well stock, beds comfortable. There’s the option to leave luggage at their office which is great for check in/out day. Will definitely book there again!

The home was absolutely stunning! Immaculate, as soon as we walked in it smelled so freshly cleaned, and they even had the TV playing a little country music, which was a nice touch! The home had everything you could need it felt just like being at home and the best part is there was plenty of towels for everyone! The hot tub was awesome! We would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the house very much.

Worth the money!

Very clean, well kept place. Huge hot tub. Enough room for a car and golf cart. The air conditioner didn’t work great in the upstairs because of the way they have it set up. But that was my only complaint! I will try and rebook this place for next year for sure!

Beautiful new property, perfect location!

This property was perfectly located on the quieter side of upper Duval yet still close to everything. The home is brand new and tastefully decorated. Check-in was easy and Dan was so informative and helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked and many convenient items were included as a starter, like coffee and tea, laundry pods, etc. There was even a complimentary Key Lime Pie to welcome us! The soaking tub was great in the evenings. We really loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Excellent Property!

We loved this property! It was clean, nicely decorated, has a beautiful kitchen with all the amenities and had a very beachy feel. It is steps away from Duvall Street but far enough away so noise at night was not an issue. The beds upstairs were too firm for our liking but everything else was amazing! Communication from the property manager was great. We would definitely book again.

Long weekend recharge

This property was FANTASTIC and exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway. This is a very new property and I feel certain the house was professionally decorated. The decor gives off soothing (and a touch of bright) island vibes. We loved the open living room/kitchen area and the space it gave us. 3rd full bathroom on the main level was a big plus. The master bedroom downstairs faces the street, yet we never heard any cars passing by. It has a vaulted ceiling that makes the bedroom appear much larger, but the overall size of the room is good to begin with. The master bathroom is a touch small, but the shower is amazing! Upstairs consists of a very large bedroom and a bathroom. With 3 separate beds and a trundle, the large bedroom would be great for any group traveling together. Our group chose the option of configuring 2 twin beds into a king bed and there were no complaints. The bathroom is a decent size, and like the master bathroom, the shower is amazing. VRBO pictures don't show this, but the back deck is now surrounded by privacy fences that separates the house from the one next to it (which is also a Last Key Realty property). There's a privacy gate between the two houses. If you have a very large group, you should consider renting both houses and can go back and forth between the two. Overall thoughts: Loved this property! Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything on Duval, etc., but far away enough not to hear it. 100% would book again.

Great Location

There was plenty to do and see both ways down Duvall. From Mallory square to the southern most point, we had a great location and the house was perfect for our group. The hot tub and swimming really helped my aching joints after walking all day. Great Stay!

Cute and clean rental

The rental was amazing. It was clean, kept up, and just what we needed. We were there to run a half marathon, and the spa felt amazing on our sore legs. We’d definitely rent this one again.
