Family vacation

The property was fantastic. Extremely clean, had everything you needed and plenty of room for our family of five. The pool was awesome to come home to after a long hot day and the location was perfect close to everything. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Exceeded my expectations

We felt at home immediately! Incredibly convenient to all the sights and sounds. The quiet neighborhood and security was an added plus! We would stay here again and recommended to several of our family and friends. Cleanliness is a top priority and I was extremely pleased with the house upon arrival. We were greeted with key lime pie and coffee with an excellent orientation to the home! Thank you! Lovely home!

Relaxing home

We stayed January 2024 with our 3 young adult children and a +1. Location was quiet but close enough to Duval for the younger ones to go out in the evening. Home very well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay again if our group was 6-8 people

Beautifully Appointed Key West Home!

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We like to cook and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! The kitchen, bathrooms and appliances all have been recently updated. This property is located just steps from the Coast Guard ship and waterfront and a short walk to Mallory Square and Duvall Street. The house was comfortable and quiet with nice beds. The Master Suite has a walkout balcony overlooking the pool, perfect to have morning coffee and read.

Family vacation

Perfectly located with loads of room for our family of four. Easy bike rides to everywhere we wanted to go in Key West. Pool and property were well maintained. Was a little taken back when the landscapers and pool guy randomly showed up. However the guest book of the house does say they will be there just not what time. The property manager was extremely helpful and answered all of the questions needed to keep the family having a great time. I appreciate all the help.

Incredible experience!

Perfect vacation! The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was enjoyed by all. Samantha, with Last Key Realty was incredibly helpful with scheduling our dinners, bike reservations, excursions, and even providing us with requested provisions prior to our arrival. Super easy and seamless! Definitely will visit again.

Great Place to Unwind

This property is fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and back porch with the ceiling fans. We used the concierge service to stock the house prior to our arrival. Best move ever!

Perfect home in paradise!

Great experience from beginning to end. Samantha was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. The house was clean and updated with any and every amenity would needed. Location and pool were our absolute favorite parts of the house! Hours were spent in that pool. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful property

This beautiful home is very well appointed. Kitchen is well stocked. Two gorgeous new bathrooms. The location was perfect for walking to sites and the neighborhood was superior. Last Key Realty has top notch service and are very, very attentive. This was an absolute perfect choice for a birthday week!

Awesome!

Everything was great - house was very clean, equipped kitchen, the outside grill worked well, in the pool morning, noon, and night, quiet neighborhood 4 blocks from Duval. Can't wait to go back and would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful home, lots of space great location

100% would stay here again. We came with a family of 8 and had plenty of room. The house was very clean and was supplied with everything (beach towels, cooler, sun screen, bug spray, cups dishes etc) very close to key west’s nicest beach and duval st. Would definitely recommend Shel was fantastic!

5 stars are not enough!

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at Brisa Fresca! We’ve rented several homes over the years and this is by far our favorite. The home is clean, wonderfully appointed, nothing overlooked. The pool and outdoor space are beautiful and where we spent the majority of our time. The property management company was fantastic - contacted us the week before and met us at the property at check in to be sure everything was just as we requested. They were available for questions throughout the week. The 6 of us ranging in age from 11-82 were very comfortable. Location cannot be beat - short walking distance to the beach, Duval street and a grocery store. We loved our stay and recommend this property without hesitation!!!

Key West Spring Break 2021

Great home with plenty of room for my wife, kids and I. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the pool was very nice. The balcony was very nice for my wife and I to have morning coffee:) The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and a close walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Shel at Last Key Realty and his concierge service was very helpful with questions we had about the keys and with booking some excursions. I would highly recommend this home for families!!
