The property was conveniently located within a 10 minute drive to wherever we wanted to go. The pool was set up with a great view of the ocean. The condo was very nice exactly as pictured.

Perfect Vacation!

Our family had the perfect vacation at this condo in Key West. The condo was spacious and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 (teens ages 13 and 14) to spread out. We enjoyed the large pool and hot tub. The indoor ping pong table was also so much fun!

As described

Property was very easy to check into. Very clean. The kitchen had every spice you might need and nice equipment including sharp knives! Many places don’t have their knives sharpened so this was very nice to have. Our property didn’t have a view but you are a very short walk or Uber away from just about anything. Made for a nice vacation!

Wonderful facility

The condo was as described. No direct view of the ocean from the room. The pool area has a beautiful waterfront view. But the shore line there is rocky. To visit the beach it is best to drive down to Higgs beach. With the room is one assigned parking spot that is in the gated area under the building.

Exactly as advertised

Everything about this condo was as advertised. My only negative comment would be that there is a definite cigarette smell when you first walk in. It is not overwhelming but as a non-smoker noticeable. With that being said I stand by my 5 star review and would definitely go back.

There was an odd smell as you entered the place. Like curry. We bought and sprayed air freshener but smell still lingered.mater bath toilet takes a couple hours to fill with water so we had to use the second bathroom

Paradise in Key West

Super quiet condo. No view of the water but easy access to pool, hot tub, beach (rocky). 1st floor was convenient with no noise from above. All the conveniences you could want: washer, dryer, dishes, microwave, full size refrigerator, card games, 3 tvs with HBO, extra shampoo, towels, & toilet paper, a wide variety of pillows, coolers, charcoal for grilling. Nothing missing or lacking. Beds are firm but very comfortable. Extra building access key, remote for parking garage, dedicated parking space for your car, golf cart, or scooter rental. Building has adequate lounges around the pool but could use more umbrellas. Hot tub is very large. Wifi accessible at the pool. Building has a small library for reading books, a ping pong table, and small workout gym. The condo has a balcony but not a view. Location is not far from the airport but not in the flight path so still very quiet. Highly recommended.

Stayed at same property but different unit. My first 3 visits to 1800 Atlantic were fantastic. This visit not so much! The building itself is looking more run down with interior hallways dark and smelly! Carpeting needs replacing big time. The unit I rented this time was new to me and not well advertised or maintained. It was situated next to wetlands area and at low tide it stunk on the balcony and was filled with “no see um” bugs that ate you alive! The master bathroom in unit had a disfunctional Japanese style soaking tub and shower . The tub did not work and the shower frequently did not work! It also made the tub area a severe hazard. Extremely slippery. Management did bring a rubber mat. By the end of the 2 weeks the pot lights in bathroom area no longer worked. The fan in the guest room was broken but again management came and fixed it.For what they charged I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the property. Would not use Avant Stay again based on their willingness to manage such a run down property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as described and the little beach area below the pool was so great for my big kids to swim and my little one to play in the sand! Perfect trip! Great location! Lots of towels & items that I feel like you typically have to purchase for the stay were included.

great time in Key West

This property is centrally located and the trolley stop is just a short walk. The pool is great and the beach is pretty. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items, clean and has nice furniture. We had a small issue construction going on near us during our stay but Lida from the office and the owner were great to work with. We would definitely come back for another stay!!

Keywest rental

The rental was very clean lots of towels, kitchen utensils, plates glasses etc. the only downside to this rental was it is a bit dated and the electrical outlets could be updated as when I plugged in my phone charger it kept falling out. The rental was close to beaches within walking distance lots of stuff to see and do
