Comfortable and Great Location!!

Very Clean and Comfortable to lounge in the living room with my family. Just a short walk to be in the middle of the Duval Party scene.

Great location

We had a wonderful time at the home in Truman Annex. You can’t beat the location! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple dinners. Living room was comfortable. Short walk or bike ride to Zachary park, Truman park and Mallory Square. Sat by the little pool for a couple hours one day. Our only complaint is the grill grates were too rusty to use. They should be replaced. And the deck and furniture could be upgraded. Highly recommend!

Lovely Art Filled Home, Great location

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely, art filled home surrounded by lovely landscaping which created a nice privacy fence. Home was spotless & stocked with all the basics for cleaning and cooking (although I never really used the kitchen!) There is a dedicated parking space. The common pool is just steps away and was a friendly gathering spot in the afternoon. Home’s furniture is stylish & comfortable, beds are big & comfy & bathrooms were well appointed. Truman Little White House is around the corner. Downtown is a short walk, nice restaurants are close by and the Truman Annex Thursday Farmer’s Market & other special events are a 5 minute walk. We had our feet, a bicycle & a golf cart and could access anything in Key West. Also Key West Ubers are quick, not expensive & have very nice drivers. The management team, Avantstay, was wonderful, answered any question very quickly & even came to the house when we had a TV problem. Very nice group! We loved the little chicken family that visited every day & got used to the rooster! Very Key West. Picky negatives - patio furniture is not great but the space is wonderful. Uber drivers, grocery delivery folks had trouble finding the address. No fault of the owner of course & I reported it to Google Maps.

The Best

I’ve rented many times in Key West but Artist Garden is the best so far. Love the art in the unit and the furniture and furnishings are very comfortable. Great location to everything. You feel secluded and safe and so relaxed in this home away from home. We loved our week here.

Every day was the same!!! 82 for the high....70 for the low!

The only drawback was the showers which were not enclosed..had to constantly mop up the.water sprayed on the floor. Dryer too small and needs tweaking.

Tucked away from the "madding crowd", it provides a quiet retreat from all of the wonderful-ness that is Key West, and it is an easy walk to many of Key West's attractions and restaurants. The shared pool is small but certainly large enough to cool off in. The kitchen is a good size for Truman Annex (albeit small) and the outdoor grill was a real bonus for the night we cooked in. There is no complaining in paradise, but it could use a few teaspoons and a few more coffee cups. It is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Would definitely rent this one again!

The outdoor area is beautiful and the downstairs is nicely furnished; however, the upstairs bedrooms could stand a makeover and the carpet going upstairs and on the second level was stained and dirty!

Great location and lovely property. As said in other reviews the post office right behind is noisy early morning with trucks. We are early risers though so it didn’t bother us.

Friends getaway

Had a wonderful time in Key west. Very convenient location Was able to walk/bike almost everywhere. Management company very helpful when we had flight time changes. Would definitely stay artist garden again

Think I paid too much!

Good location. Home nice, needs improvements. Paint, electrical outlets. No local or cable TV? Pool so, so disappointing.

Problems with tv-not familiar with alexa. Located close to Duval Street, but post office right on other side of property. Second bedroom too small. Had to put clothes on table.

Perfect Key West Location

This property is located in Truman Annex which is gated. Relatively quiet considering its only 2 blocks from Duvall St. The home was clean and well kept. Master bed is a little lumpy. The location is perfect for walking and bike riding! The pool is very close by and clean. Overall this property is a very good value for Key West.

The location is good but the house needs attention. The stove, microwave,washing machine and dryer are limping along and should be replaced. The owner did replace the dishwasher but the mentioned appliances are old and need the same fate. I enjoyed the owner's paintings!

Relaxing oasis

We've stayed in Trumans Annex before but this house and location exceeded what we expected by 110%. The home was pristine and hidden back off the street so we felt removed from the party of Duval yet less than a couple blocks when we were ready. We rented bikes so exploring the complete [flat] island was our favorite. Renting from AtHomeInKeyWest was a breeze. They responded fast and efficiently to anything I asked. Will definately stay in Trumans at this home again! The owners artwork is amazing!

perfect location

This home is great...lots of room. Enjoyed the 2.5 bathrooms with our group. The location was perfect for walking to Duval St., the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend to any one who enjoys space. Wonderful art work through out the house.
