This house was perfect for us! You can’t beat the location, with everything very walkable, but far enough away from the street to not have noise issues. The pool was awesome, and the rooftop deck was lovely at night.

This place was awesome! We had 7 people staying here and it was perfect for us. The location was great, literally steps from Duval Street. Communication with the host/VHKW office was great. They were very responsive and we never had to wait too long for an answer. Definitely would recommend.

This is a two part answer. First our host VRKW was nothing less that fabulous. They were great in pre-arrival communication. When we arrived we had a couple of iised that they addressed in a timely mannor. They deserve 5 stars.Second. The accommodations were below par. It is not accommodating for four couples. One couple's bathroom was not in their room but off the kitchen. They had to walk outdoors and into the kitchen to get to their bathroom! There is not enought room for everyone in the den when it was cold or raining outside.There were electrical plugs that did not work and those that did work were not in convient locations. We paid for a heated pool but it was full of leaves everyday. It was cleaned one day we were there but within hours it was full of leaves again. The biggest problem was that there was not a parking space at the house. They have reserved a space 3 blocks away which does not work if you are running around during the day and trying to come back to the house for a short period of time. This house is in major need of an overhaul. It is in a great location and should the overhaul happen then it would be worth the rates they are currently charging.

Location was great. Pool, kitchen / family room, and 3 forward bedrooms were very nice. Back bedroom was OK, but the bath was very small and the shower did not drain well. The upper deck was nice...but a lot of "sloppy" repairs. Big recommendations...get rid of the GE washing machine (no agitator post and the soap dispenser constantly comes out and disables the spin cycle.

Wonderful location in the heart of old town Key West! Easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Communication with property management was excellent. Layout of the house provided everyone their own space and worked well for our family of five.

Staying in Key West, we didn't expect an immaculate property. It was nice. We enjoyed our stay, but there were several issues at the property. The shower in the middle King bedroom didn't work at all. We had to use the shower in the kitchen instead. The AC units in the 3 connected bedrooms didn't work... it was very hot and uncomfortable. The air conditioner in the living room dripped condensation on the couch and didn't cool the room well. We moved the couch out so the water didn't drip on it and put a towel down on the floor to soak up the water. In addition to the AC units not working, most of the fans don't go above low, so we couldn't even get enough air to cool us off.

Family celebration June 2025

We had a wonderful time. Property was clean. Management was responsive to my questions. The kids had a great time in the pool. Kitchen stocked well with dishes, pots&pans, etc. All the bedrooms have separate entrances from the courtyard, are connected on the inside, but have doors for privacy - kind of like having hotel rooms with connecting doors. This worked out well for us. Spent a lot of time in the courtyard. It would be nice to have some kind of fan for the courtyard and/or rooftop.Could probably use some hooks or something in the “master” bedroom bathroom.A really nice place to stay.

Bachelorette Trip

This house was perfefct for our stay, we had 8 girls staying here for a bacheloratte trip, the bedrooms were cold, we enjoyed how they opened into the courtyard, so they all had there way of feeling private. The kitchen and living room had everything we needed. The pool was clean and a great size, we also loved the upper deck, we didnt realize how big it was, the hanging lights were a great touch. The enterance to the house is located down a short street/alley, it made it feel private because the alley ends right at our house. So there was no thru traffic which was great, made things quiet and feel safe. we would order our ubers to the end of the street where it meets at duval and had no issues. The only thing we notived with the house that was difficult, none of our phones would charge past like 40% even after being plugged in for hours. Which made things difficult when we would go out and want to be in contact with eachother. Maybe not a great power supply, but other than that everyhting was perfect and beautiful.

It was great, until it wasn't

The house is as described, a bit choppy. That was never the problem. The front room (the biggest bedroom with the 2 twin beds) seemed fine, until nighttime. That is when the BUGS came out...and man did they! There were multiple roaches and tons of winged carpenter ants, EVERYWHERE in this room! They were coming from inside the walls. You could see dead wood in spots, and they had many spots on the wall marked with painter's tape. This appears to not be the first time this has happened, now that I've read more reviews. The management company did send an exterminator over to spray, but he admitted the house needs a WAY deeper treatment than that. Part of our group left after night one because of the bugs, and the rest of us stayed (as there was no other option offered by the management company). They did refund us 1 night's stay. My fear is there were folks coming in right after us that would have had to endure the same thing. IF you decide to book I would demand proof that this situation has been taken seriously and the work has in fact been performed. Good luck!

Awesome house for a family/friend vacation

Great property. Living room is a little hot but bedrooms stay cool. One of the masters connects to both other rooms so limited privacy in this room. However awesome location, clean, pool was great and we had a blast!

Lovely stay

Plenty of towels and cleaning products during the week. Pool was cleaned daily which is a lovely factor. Lots of room for sleeping. Only suggestions would be to have mini shampoo bottles instead of none and to improve the glassware and plateware for more drinks and food. Will rent again in the future. Thank you again!

House was just right for our three family groups! Location to Duval Street was easy. Parking is indeed a 15 - 20 minute walk but worked just fine. The access to the pool & courtyard from each room also worked out nicely.
