- This newer renovation is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. The kitchen and baths are new and living room, dining area, and back patio are all updated and beautiful. The bedrooms have a queen size bed and 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just out your back door. This property includes off street parking and a gorgeous community pool.

Truman Annex
This unit was very comfortable for two couples. We had a couple of issue & the management company was very responsive. It was an excellent location for an event @ Truman Annex Complex.

Wonderful location! We were on the parade route for fantasy fest and the boat parade. Very convenient to the coffe shop 1 block from the corner. Pool was in the back yard and very relaxing.

Great location for my needs, easy pool access, extremely clean upon arrival, maintenance issue addressed very quickly, keys to enter somewhat muddled but manageable. Keyless entry would make things a lot smoother.

Great location, close to many restaurants and shopping. Pictures made home appear bigger than it was. Had comfortable beds and good kitchen supplies to cook meals. Managers of property responded quickly and were very helpful with all requests. Had a wonderful time!

Great location - right across from the pool and easy walking distance to anywhere you'd like to go. A few maintenance issues need attended to (light bulbs out, missing knobs in bathroom, missing hair dryer in one bathroom, stairway carpet needs cleaned, but all normal wear and tear. Patio area needs spruced up to make it an enjoyable space. We booked it again for next year, the location is perfect for us.

My family returns every year you our favorite place.. Key WestStaying at the townhouses at the Truman Annex is close to everything with no car needed at all! Everything is a walk or a bike ride away!!Our unit was clean as usual with everything you could need! Have been using the folks at Compass Realty every year and they do not disappoint!!

Rental property Archipelago II was GREAT! Prefect location, not 2 blocks from Duval but right across from the pool! Rental was clean and comfortable, the pull out couch had a memory foam mattress which made it comfortable to sleep on. Only thing the rental needed was more silverware, had to keep washing dishes (for those who don’t want to eat out all the time). We’ll DEFINITELY be back soon!

If you are looking for a great location to make your Key West stay memorable, this is it. Walking distance to just about everything. A great pool, just steps away. This place is perfect for two couples, because both rooms are masters. I can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I have been staying in The Truman Annex every winter for 20 years. Our experience suggests quality of upkeep of rentals in The Annex is not as good as it used to be. The last four years in a row we have experienced maintenance issues. Given the price of rentals in The Annex we would expect better.

Facilities were as we expected since we stayed there the year before. The property is well maintained and realtor is very accommodating with any deficiencies we brought to their attention. Obviously this property is not occupied by the owner in as much as it is marginally furnished and decorated. Floor was not clean. The soles of our feet became more dirty from the indoor than the outside.

Absolutely loved the townhome and location of this unit! It's a quick couple blocks to Duval and all the happening spots, yet quaint & relaxing location for the unit and pool is right out the back door! Loved the home, landscaping, & location! Recently stayed in Truman Annex at this rental. It was the perfect size for us (husband and adult daughter). The unit was clean and basically stocked which suited our needs and was expected. Location was perfect especially by the pool. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Pro: Loved location! Loved neighborhood! Pool out back door.
Con: Arrived after hours and were on our own for parking. Had to park in lot adjacent and hoped we were not towed/ticketed.

Amazing Location
We were able to walk to everything we went to see - Market Square, Southernmost Point, Up and Down Duval Street and Fort Zachary Taylor. Place was perfect for our family of 5. Pool was nice and close as well.

very nice property
All of the amenities are great...Close proximity to the pool. Very nice furnishings. Very nice patio out back where you can have your meals and a nice ceiling fan to keep you cool. The one negative are the beds were not comfortable but that is a personal preference. Definitely stay there again.
