Great property for a large group celebrating any occasion. Prime location on Duval providing the opportunity to walk anywhere. The secluded outdoor area with the pool was fantastic. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Very much recommend.

This property has it ALL if you're vacationing in Key West! The location couldn't be better if you want 10-12 restaurants within walking distance, which is totally necessary with all of the parking debacles provided by the City. Local pubs, taverns, and other abundant daytime and nightly entertainment venues are all within arms reach. When staying indoors at the property you'll easily find everything you need to make your day/night comfortable. LOTS of room to stretch out, relax, or simply recover from plentiful Key West activities. The pool area is well furnished for anyone whether you're looking for the sun or the shade. Parking in the rear of the property is easier than any place that I've ever stayed in Key West. The neighborhood surrounding is much quieter than I'd anticipated even though our trip was during the most busy time of the year. The host is probably the best I've ever encountered, which is saying a lot considering how often we travel. The few times that I did need to reach out with a minor question or sometimes just advice, they were responding within 5-10 minutes or sooner. I'd recommend this property 10/10 to anyone that wants a seamless vacation without any of the hassles.

We were a group of 19 family members in Key West to celebrate a big birthday for one. This property was ideal for us! The location and accommodations were perfect. I would highly recommend this property to others for larger groups!Fantastic trip and stay at this location!

The PERFECT stay! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better location or stay! My friends and I rented the complex out for my 30th birthday and everyone could not believe we scored such an amazing spot! It was in walking distance to everything, the rooms were huge and had everything we could ever need, and the pool area was the absolute star! I would move in tomorrow if given the chance!! Maegan and her husband her so so helpful and communicative through the entire process and couldn’t have been better hosts! It was truly a dream come true! Thank you both for everything and I could not recommend this place enough!!!

Bachelorette

Everything single thing about this property was perfect. From accommodating check-in and check-out times, to the cleanliness of the property, to the amount of space in each room. We rented every suite for 21 girls and no one had to share a bed with more than 1 person. Everyone had enough space and ample time to shower and get ready after every event. The pool area can accommodate up to 22 girls. It is a short walk to the main bars on Duval straight. I could not have asked for a better bachelorette party and am so happy I found this place! Thank you a million.

Family trip to Key West

This property exceeded our expectations for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool as well as exploring key west. The location was perfect. Magen went above and beyond to accommodate our group’s stay including arrival and departure time and even help with a car issue. This property was our family favorite of all our vacations.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful Duval Street property! Our host, Magen, was extremely accommodating throughout our stay, and the home was a perfect fit for our large group. The backyard was private and serene, and the rooms were large with bathrooms and kitchenette in each of them. We could not have had a better time and would absolutely recommend this listing to any large group!

Amazing All the Way Around

This place was perfect - the host was amazing, the location was right in the heart of everything, the heated pool was swimmable during a Key West cold front, and the amenity touches (coffee, sunscreen, even some sweet celebration supplies for our birthday) were definitely more than expected and we travel a lot. We had a large group of friends and it was an absolutely amazing place to gather and enjoy.

Perfect vacation suites

This property was great for our vacation! We had 6 couples, each got their own suite. The property had every possible thing we could need/want. Plenty of towels, linens, blankets and extra pillows, detergent and dryer sheets for laundry, toiletries in the bathroom, even coffee in the kitchen! Magen was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was super friendly. We could not have found a more perfect property. The backyard and pool was great gathering place for our group. The new landscape is beautiful! Located right on Duval, close to the middle, made it an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go! Thank you for an amazing stay!
